The Lightweight Tug of War class turned out to be pretty broad...including side by sides, half tons, 1 tons and even a Dodge 4500, but eliminations were structured about as fairly as possible...plus everyone had a good time, so it was all good. That Dodge 4500 was NASTY on the tug pad and went on to even do work in the 2.5 ton class!!

you guys want to complain of that 4500 cummings that is 100% stock and using his 5th wheel hitch instead of his bumper hitch. that guy just knows his truck and knows were her pulling torque is best .

No weight limits. Run what ya brung. But like others already said. He’s a 3/4 ton pulling 1/2 tons. Most all those trucks where 1/2 ton. And with mud tires. He had all terrains. Hell the dodge had heavy duty highway tires on it.
