Erin, Kris and Spencer finally got to race Mont Tremblant 70.3. The weather was not perfect, we had a lot of rain and high winds out on course but we got it done! Huge shout out to Rob's wife Veronica for helping me get footage on race day! Thank you so much!

@@Barhighendurance was awesome! 1st 70.3. 39th overall. 11th in age group. Tried Erin’s suggestion for walking the fuelling stations which probably kept me in it a little longer. :) keep up the content guys!

Good to see you man on the run course! One tip which I tried over there and works fantastic - 0.5l water bottle filled with some soap/shampoo and hot water. Pour in ea leg and arm sleeve (hold the bottom and shake them release). Worked amazing. It even helping you to pull it off after the water. Plus you smell fresh lol 😂

Tough luck with the weather! Great job nonetheless, I did my first 70.3 in Muskoka last year and your videos are giving me the itch to start training again, maybe Mont Tremblant next year🤔

@@Davies-Acres my first 70.3 Muskoka was in 2022. Mont-Tremblant is easier 🤫 and waaaaaaayyyyyy better in organization and scenery is fantastic 👊🏼
