You are about the only.y review online that gives this airline a decent rating. To be fair, you got a great seat. So many reviews that are negative from trusted travel bloggers, including one recently (Mel’s travels or something) that they gave he business class seat away bc she could not check in online…I will never ever chance business class with this airline. I chanced Ethiopian airlines in March, and got totally screwed with a disgusting seat for 18 hours

You are right. I was surprised myself - most reviews were pretty bad. I think that’s because of two reasons: 1. I don’t fly business as regular as others do and therefore still enjoy the rare luxury of flying business at all 2. I was lucky. The crew was outstanding, the food was amazing and the seat was old but decent.

Who gives Iberia a decent ratings is SkyTrax which has awarded it as the 14th best airline in the world in 2023. Being catering in Business Class almost sublime.

Have you seen Trek Trendy's review of Iberia Airlines? The plane was absolutely filthy!!!!

Yes I have seen a lot of Iberia reviews beforehand and most of them criticised Iberia for either bad service or bad airplane maintenance and cleanliness but I was lucky during my trip I suppose! Really had nothing to complain about :)

Hi! A very silly question from one that never flew in Business Class: are food&drinks in the Lounge and on the flight free or do you pay for it? (apart the meals you are served during the flight of course). Thanks!

They are included and free for grabs in the lounge! However, I heard that the KLM lounge in Amsterdam now has drinks for purchase…

I didn’t expect much but it was actually a really pleasant flight. The food quality was great. Of course not as flashy as Qatar and other fancy airlines

I love them! I flew back with British and they did not serve nuts before the meal service which I found to be a little disappointing- the flight was great though. I also uploaded a video of that :)
