Israelis should ask germans as a part of their country (not Austria😮) they was responsible. To be Jewish it's only a religion like muslim or christian. Put the Coran in the Bible if you want an universal monotheistic religion 😂 Everyone has the right to a faith even of nothing.

"Israel’s systematic dispossession of Palestinians is ongoing today, both in the occupied territories and inside Israel’s internationally recognized pre-1967 borders, where Palestinian citizens of the state and those living under occupation continue to be pushed out of their homes and off their lands - including entire towns - to make way for Jewish citizens and settlers. Today, there are approximately 650,000 Jewish settlers living illegally on occupied Palestinian land in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, and Israel’s settlement enterprise covers approximately 42% of the West Bank." - imeu website 10/2015 - "The Security Council reaffirmed this afternoon that Israel’s establishment of settlements in Palestinian territory occupied since 1967, including East Jerusalem, had no legal validity, constituting a flagrant violation under international law and a major obstacle to the vision of two States living side-by-side in peace and security, within internationally recognized borders. Adopting resolution 2334 (2016) by 14 votes, with the United States abstaining, the Council reiterated its demand that Israel immediately and completely cease all settlement activities in the occupied Palestinian territory, including East Jerusalem. It underlined that it would not recognize any changes to the 4 June 1967 lines, including with regard to Jerusalem, other than those agreed by the two sides through negotiations." - un website 12/2016 - "...Even before Hamas’ attack on October 7, Israeli forces had already killed 234 Palestinians in the West Bank this year, while settlers were responsible for nine more killings..." - Reliefweb 12/15/2023 NOTE: This is in the West Bank and not in the Gaza Strip - "...At least 507 Palestinians were killed in the West Bank in 2023, including at least 81 children, making it the deadliest year for Palestinians since the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) began recording casualties in 2005...." - Amnesty international 2/5/2024 NOTE: This is in the West Bank and not in the Gaza Strip - "Military Court Watch, a nonprofit legal group, said last year that of the 100 Palestinian children detained by Israeli forces that it had interviewed, 74 percent reported physical abuse, and 42 percent said they were put in solitary confinement." - NY Times 11/21/23 - "...Beyond the lack of due process, Israeli authorities have for decades mistreated and tortured Palestinian detainees. More than 1,400 complaints of torture, including painful shackling, sleep deprivation and exposure to extreme temperatures, by Shin Bet, Israel’s internal security service, have been filed with Israel’s Justice Ministry since 2001. These complaints have resulted in a total of three criminal investigations and no indictments, according to the Public Committee Against Torture, an Israeli rights group. The group Military Court Watch reported that, in 22 cases of detention of Palestinian children they documented in 2023, 64 percent said they were physically abused and 73 percent were strip searched by Israeli forces while in detention...." - Human Rights Watch 11/29/2023 - "US confirms 5 Israeli units committed human rights violations before Oct. 7 The US State Department says it has confirmed that five Israeli security force units committed gross human rights violations before last October, when the conflict with Hamas began. The State Department's deputy spokesperson Vedant Patel told reporters on Monday that none of the individual incidents took place in Gaza. He added that four of the "units have effectively remediated" the violations. Patel did not provide any specifics regarding the cases. But US media outlets have reported that the Israeli units tortured and abused Palestinians in the Israeli-occupied West Bank. US law prohibits the country from giving foreign security force units military assistance, when there is credible information implicating them in gross human rights violations. Ahead of Patel's news conference, US media outlets reported that Washington could suspend military aid to an Israel Defense Forces unit. The reports drew a sharp response from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The US law does allow for exceptions. Military aid can be provided, if the secretary of state determines that the implicated security force's government is taking effective steps to bring those responsible to justice." - NHK 4/29/2024

President Biden, you have lost me. I supported you since 2016, I cried when you lost your son and I voted for you with pride in 2020. I will not vote for you this year. You confuse being Jewish to being a genocider, They are not the same. There are those in the Israeli government who see Palestinians as obstacles, animals and not worthy of being treated with dignity or respect. That cannot be allowed. Netanyahu has perpetrated war crimes just as the Hamas leadership and all those who committed crimes MUST be brought to justice so as to pay respect for all those who died or have suffered as a consequence of those crimes. Also you cannot turn a blind eye to the injustice perpetrated on Palestinians for the last 75 years. We are Americans, a demographic group whom believes in Justice, Dignity, Self determination and worthy of respect until proven wrong, for all. We should not view peoples religion, color or ethnicity different. All people are created equal, endowed by the creator. Americans do not support mass slaughter, genocide or hate anywhere in the world. Or we haven't until some people decided to distinguish Arabs as lesser people. President Biden. You really need to do some personal reflection because I fear you are losing your supporters and America is losing it's conscience. IMMHO

I understand Biden's racist comments correctly he considers genocide and a war of starvation as "self defense". Didn't he say that Israel has a right to "self defense". That's how this racist is labeling what is going on - "self defense". No one has had the balls to even ask Netanyahu who exactly he considers to be "Hamas" because it sure seems like he thinks that ALL Palestinians are "Hamas" including the children. - "...Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Wednesday that in the face of great pain and international pressure, nothing will stop his country." - NHK 12/13/23 - "Netanyahu rejects 'unilateral recognition' of two-state solution Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has dismissed international calls for recognition of Palestinian statehood. The move comes as the United States and Arab nations are urging Israel to accept a two-state solution between Israel and Palestine as a way to achieve peace. At the beginning of a government meeting on Sunday, Netanyahu referred to "recent talk" in the international community about an attempt to unilaterally impose a Palestinian state on Israel. He said such recognition, following the Hamas attacks on Israel in October, would reward terrorism. The prime minister declared that Israel rejects outright such a proposal....." -NHK 2/19/2024 - "...Palestine, officially the State of Palestine, is a state in the Southern Levant region of West Asia. Founded on 15 November 1988 and officially governed by the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), it claims the West Bank (including East Jerusalem) and the Gaza Strip as its territory, all of which have been Israeli-occupied territories since the 1967 Six-Day War.... ...On 15 November 1988 in Algiers, Yasser Arafat, as Chairman of the PLO, issued the Palestinian Declaration of Independence, which established the State of Palestine. A year after the signing of the Oslo Accords in 1993, the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) was formed to govern (in varying degrees) areas A and B in the West Bank, comprising 165 enclaves, and the Gaza Strip... ...The State of Palestine has been recognized by 139 of the 193 UN members and since 2012 has had a status of a non-member observer state in the United Nations..." - wiki - 11/15/1988 - the State of Palestine was established. Over 70% of the countries in the UN recognize the State of Palestine as a country. 2012 - State of Palestine has non-member observer status. The US has vetoed the UN even having a vote to make the State of Palestine a full member of the UN everytime the question of a vote has come up. - "The UN Security Council has begun reconsidering the Palestinian request to become a full member of the global body after a hiatus of 13 years. The request was initially submitted in September 2011 but talks stalled as the United States, which holds veto power and backs Israel, protested. ..Malta's UN Ambassador Vanessa Frazier, who is the Security Council president for April, told reporters after a closed-door meeting on Monday that talks will be held this month. US Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield said Washington's position remains unchanged. To acquire full membership, the five permanent members of the Security Council must refrain from using their veto and at least nine members must vote in favor. If the application passes, two-thirds or more of the general assembly must then vote to approve the move. The differences between the United States and Arab countries are expected to deepen over this debate." - NHK 4/9/2024 - Over 70% is well over 2/3rd required to make the State of Palestine a full member of the UN. America, Germany, Australia, Canada, Japan, Italy, Mexico, France, the United Kingdom, and South Korea (and others) must officially recognize the State of Palestine as a country through the UN. - "...In 1947 the United Nations accepted the responsibility of finding a just solution for the Palestine issue, and still grapples with this task today." - UN website - situation-in-occupied-palestine-and-israel/history - The UN moved Peacekeepers into South Korea June 27, 1950, and they are still there today. Why weren't UN Peacekeepers moved into Palestine decades ago and what is stopping it from happening now that a genocide is happening!? As you can see, it is the US and small handful of nations at the UN are stopping the UN from taking the actions that are long overdue. - It still is the UN's responsibility to restore peace in the region. The UN needs to more actively intervene. The UN needs to send in peacekeeping troops to calm the issue. The Israeli settlers need to be driven out of their illegal settlements in the West Bank and eastern Jerusalem. The Israeli military needs to be off the streets of Gaza, the West Bank, and Jerusalem. This mess was caused by the UN. The UN should clean it up. - "...Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says "no amount of pressure" will stop Israelis from defending themselves. He made the comments in the wake of US President Joe Biden's decision to hold back on ammunition shipments to his country. He said on Thursday that if Israel must "stand alone," it will do so...."" - NHK 5/9/2024 - By "defending themselves" means sealing off main route of aid supplied into the Gaza Strip through the entry point at Rafah, telling over a million refugees that they have to leave Rafah and the surrounding area (where the Israeli government has previous told them to flee to), and sending in 3 or more Battalions of ground troops into the area after bombing the area. This "defending themselves includes attacking the local hospitals.

Not all Jews live in Israel. Not all Jews that live in Israel are Zionists. Zionists are Jewish Supremacists. They are racists. Joe Biden considers himself to be a Zionist - a racist - a Jewish Supremacist. He has announced that he is a Zionist more than once, and he can't stop making abundantly clear that he is a racist. The Zionist feel that they are racially superior to the Palestinians and that they have the right to all the land of the State of Palestine. Zionists came to Palestine to found the country of Israel and they did it by terrorising or killing Palestinians so that they could take their land in order to form the State of Israel. That's history. That's the truth. Joe Biden want to make it clear to everyone he is a racist.

"Military Court Watch, a nonprofit legal group, said last year that of the 100 Palestinian children detained by Israeli forces that it had interviewed, 74 percent reported physical abuse, and 42 percent said they were put in solitary confinement." - NY Times 11/21/23 - "...Beyond the lack of due process, Israeli authorities have for decades mistreated and tortured Palestinian detainees. The group Military Court Watch reported that, in 22 cases of detention of Palestinian children they documented in 2023, 64 percent said they were physically abused and 73 percent were strip searched by Israeli forces while in detention...." - Human Rights Watch 11/29/2023 - "...About 7,500 Palestinians are reportedly being held in Israeli prisons. More than 3,000 of them are said to have been detained after Hamas' October 7 attack. Some were reportedly jailed in connection with social media posts that were considered ''incitement'' under Israeli law. Israeli authorities can effectively imprison Palestinians indefinitely without charge or trial under a policy called administrative detention. A 59-year-old Palestinian, Hanan Albarghouthi, was released on November 24 after being detained by Israeli authorities in the West Bank last September. She says she was accused of having ties to Hamas. She says prisoners were forced to strip in front of guards for searches and were tortured after October 7. She also says use of toilets and showers were restricted after the Hamas attack. Eleven people were held in a 6-person room and ventilation windows were kept closed. The woman says a prison officer sprayed tear gas in the room on October 29 and then beat the detainees. She says she thought she would die. She also says she was not informed about her impending release until just before it took place. She adds that a senior prison official told her in a threatening tone not to celebrate her release or talk to the media about the prison conditions. The woman says her four sons are still being detained by Israel along with other Palestinians..." - NHK 11/28/23 - "US confirms 5 Israeli units committed human rights violations before Oct.

The United Nations Satellite Centre compared images collected on February 29 with those taken before and after the start of the fighting. The center says the analysis shows more than 88,000, or 35 percent, of the structures in the Gaza Strip have been destroyed or damaged. ...By governorate, the damage ratio is 51 percent in North Gaza, followed by Gaza, with 45 percent, and Khan Younis, with 44 percent..." - NHK 04/08/2024 - "Health authorities in Gaza say Israeli troops killed more than 100 civilians waiting for aid on Thursday. This comes as the number of Palestinian deaths has surpassed 30,000 since October. United Nations officials said "life is draining out" of Gaza at terrifying speed. They saw another example of that as civilians gathered around aid trucks delivering food and water. Local officials said Israeli troops opened fire, killing 112 and injuring 760. Hamas leaders describe it as a "massacre."" - NHK 2/29/2024 - "NHK has uncovered evidence of the destruction of at least 10 cemeteries in the Gaza Strip amid attacks by Israeli forces. Human rights activists say such damage violates international law. NHK has analyzed satellite imagery from across Gaza and assessed the harm to local cemeteries. The photos show 28 burial places across the enclave. The 10 disfigured sites are spread from north to south. An aerial view shows that a gravesite near the southern city of Khan Younis had no damage as of December 6. But two weeks later, graves had been cleared from a 2,500 square meter area and several vehicles parked on the site. ....a human rights group says Israel systematically violates the sanctity of the dead and international humanitarian law. A Middle East expert says Israel is motivated by nationalistic sentiment that gives no consideration to religious facilities. Tateyama Ryoji, professor emeritus at Japan's National Defense Academy, said, "The Israeli military is determined to hit Palestinians thoroughly rather than fight against them with respect. The cemetery has become a target of such hatred. But I believe such actions will further expand hatred toward Israel and prolong the Gaza issue."...." - NHK 12/30/23 - "...Palestinians have returned to their homes in southern Gaza to try to locate the remains of their family and friends. On Monday, they found more bodies buried in the ruins of a hospital. Israeli forces had attacked Nasser Hospital in the city of Khan Younis, claiming Hamas fighters used it as a base. They withdrew two weeks ago after months of fighting. Palestinians have spent several days digging up makeshift graves on the site. Al Jazeera says they have recovered at least 200 bodies. Families have been coming to take the remains away for burial... Officials with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation have condemned what they call a "massacre." They have urged the International Criminal Court to investigate Israeli forces for a "war crime."..."- NHK 4/22/2024 - "...The Gaza health authorities said on Tuesday that the death toll had reached 35,173. On Monday, a UN vehicle was attacked in Rafah. One staff member was killed and another wounded. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres criticized the assault and called for a full investigation. Local authorities in Gaza blamed the Israeli military for the attack, while the military said the vehicle was hit in an area declared an active combat zone and that the incident is under review...." - NHK 5/14/2024 - As of around 1/11/24 "....More than 1,000 Palestinian children lost one or both legs [UNICEF]..."- Reliefweb website 1/11/2024 - As of 5/14/2024, Israel had killed over 29 times as many Palestinians civilians in the Gaza Strip compared to the TOTAL number of Israelis killed in the conflict. Based on the population percentages being 50% children and 25% adult females, approximately 26,379 women and children have been slaughtered by Israel's campaign of genocide. - "...The UN official also told NHK that there are numerous reports of children showing signs of trauma. He said some have withdrawn into themselves and others gone silent due to bombardments...." - NHK 2/14/2024 - "...Even before Hamas’ attack on October 7, Israeli forces had already killed 234 Palestinians in the West Bank this year, while settlers were responsible for nine more killings..." - Reliefweb 12/15/2023 NOTE: This is in the West Bank and not in the Gaza Strip - "...At least 507 Palestinians were killed in the West Bank in 2023, including at least 81 children, making it the deadliest year for Palestinians since the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) began recording casualties in 2005...." - Amnesty international 2/5/2024 NOTE: This is in the West Bank and not in the Gaza Strip - "...In January 2024, Israeli forces killed 62 Palestinians in the West Bank, 22 of whom were endangering no one. Most of them in airstrikes. Many of them were killed along with family members. Many in direct strikes on their homes. Some while at refugee camps. Several in an airstrike on housing for multiple media outlets. - "...The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) told Reuters and Agence France Press news agencies that it could not guarantee the safety of their journalists operating in the Gaza Strip, after they had sought assurances that their journalists would not be targeted by Israeli strikes, Reuters reported on October 27... As of December 17: 64 journalists and media workers were confirmed dead: 57 Palestinian, 4 Israeli, and 3 Lebanese. 13 journalists were reported injured. 3 journalists were reported missing. 19 journalists were reported arrested. Multiple assaults, threats, cyberattacks, censorship, and killings of family members. CPJ is also investigating numerous unconfirmed reports of other journalists being killed, missing, detained, hurt, or threatened, and of damage to media offices and journalists’ homes..." - Committee to Protect Journalists 12/17/23 -- "The international medical humanitarian organization Doctors Without Borders has announced that a strike on a shelter in Gaza has killed a staff member's five-year-old daughter. The group says the shell hit the building in the southern city of Khan Younis on Monday. It says more than 100 staff and their family members were sheltering there. The group says the shell did not detonate but injured four people, including the five-year old girl, who was treated at a hospital but died on Tuesday. The group, also known as MSF, says it had notified Israeli forces that the building was being used as a shelter, but no evacuation orders were issued by the Israeli military before the strike. The group says it is not able to confirm the origin of the shell, but it appears to be similar to those used by Israeli tanks. It is seeking a detailed explanation from Israeli authorities. MSF says in an online statement the strike on civilians is unacceptable and "once again, goes to show that it doesn't matter where you are in Gaza, nowhere is safe." The group says if the shell had detonated, many more staff and their families would likely have been killed." - NHK 1/10/2024

From my point of view, there are many more Israelis that should be called out but the ICC. The ones that intentionally fired missiles at the aid worker vehicles ... one after the other ... but only after the aid workers had moved their injured to the next vehicle in the convoy ... and those responsible for ordering them to fire on the aid vehicles. The tank crews that fired on journalist wearing press jackets. Those responsible for descracting cemeteries. The ones responsible for targeting civilians with white phosphorus weapons! The ones responsible for brutalizing and torturing Palestinian detainees and prisoners. The list just goes on and on.... The whole Zionist regime should be up on charges before the ICC.
