I needed to contact them last months to get a new spray nozzle because mine just stopped working :(
What product are they spraying on the glass and mirrors?

Water. That's it. Water with Window Cloth to clean - No Chemicals

Norwex also has an amazing odor eliminator that is safe to spray in the air, and also an amazing degreaser concentrate - both of these are so highly concentrated, you only need a very small amount +water to get the job done! lindakemp.norwex.biz

I only use a wet enviro cloth and window cloth, do not need a sprayer

@@pattimoore9380 I find that if I use a wet/damp cloth vs the spray bottle that if I don't get back to the window/ mirror with a window polishing cloth/pad that the droplets are more noticeable and difficult to polish out than if I use the spray which creates a fine mist. Especially in hard water conditions. Just my experience.
