So excited to say I have eaten at this restaurant I loved the food also thanks for sharing and brining back memories I haven’t gone back on cruises since COVID started

I love NCL Pearl. I have been on. Her three times..my favorite itinerary is the bar harbor bermuda cruise out of Boston. I am doing it again next month on the Gem. the food at moderno is amazing!

Thanks for sharing! We really enjoyed her "smaller" size compared to the mega ships now. You can get into more places on the smaller ships for better experiences!

If you are ever in NYC check out Plataforma Churrascaria. The meats and salad bar are to die for. The picanha is so much bigger than any I've seen in Moderno's and your video must be old. It's $59/person now.

Moderno was one we were not a fan of on our Norweigan cruise but you guys made it look delicious! We may have to try it again!

Really enjoying the Norwegian content. I notice you haven't mentioned Disney Cruise so you must have enjoyed this cruise.

As we said when we met you on this cruise, a Moderno Restaurant dinner was included when you book a suite like we did so definitely make account of this next time. We had so much food here we had the meat sweats, only issue was that the lamb was undercooked. Keep the green card going 😂😂

Give it up to Norwegian for having a Brazilian steakhouse on board. Taylor is in her element! Pace your self?! Picana please! Filet please. Lamb sounds good also. Great Monday review. How are you liking the Norwegian cruise vs disney vs royal? I love a good ciperiania! Also love the beef ribs! Pro tip the sides are optional because they try to fill you up. Lol I ussually have to get some moz balls and a piece of sushi because they are my weakness.

I definitely need to go on an Norwegian cruise!!! We have a Texas de Brazil where I live at. We now they have a Delucca’s Gaucho Pizza & Wine that is just like Texas de Brazil but with pizza instead of meat.

Fogo de Chao is the best of all of the Brazilian steakhouses we've tried!!

Looks amazing . we went to Texas de Brazil in Aruba and filled up after the salad bar...rookie mistake haha

Enjoyed your review more than we enjoyed Moderno! Aside from what you recommended, Taylor, I would NOT suggest a later reservation. We took the only reservation that was available, which was 10:30 p.m. The salad bar was pretty depleted and not refilled. The meats were pretty well overcooked and we could not eat very much. Besides, we were about 68 years old at the time and no longer seeing how much we could eat in a sitting and never mind late at night, lol. I was told that when the meats were brought back to the kitchen, they were rewarmed before going back to the dining room. By 11 p.m., the meats are tough and almost tasteless. Perhaps, though, in the 5 years since then, they no longer do that. If I ever do Moderno again, I will make a reservation for earlier in the evening.

When I go i reject bacon wrapped anything and I don't do cheap filling meats like chicken and sausage. The salad bar has some nice selections, but why fill up on that when you're there for meats.

$59 for Moderno's now
