The Thermal Spa on this ship is FANTASTIC

LOL at the "towel check out" by the pool. We would ask for a cabin number, how many towels, and write it down. Fun fact: Nobody ever looks at the sheets, picks them up, or reviews them. It is merely a visual deterrent for people to think that we were actually tracking the towels. As long as two towels are in your stateroom on debarkation day, you won't be charged for towels. Help your cabin steward out... leave the two that are rolled up and pretty in the stateroom. Check out towels by the pool and turn in wet towels each day, instead of bringing them back to the cabin.

Loved watching this and recalling the amazing time we had on this ship! The adult section - Spice H20 - is where my daughter introduced me to the "mudslide" - deeelish!

Oh wow Jacky Tang cruise director. I had him on the Norwegian Gem back in 2013 when he was part of the entertainment staff. Kept in contact with him over the years. Really nice guy.

Love and marriage game on our 1st cruise on Royal Caribbean back 23 years ago was hilarious! A retired minister and his wife were one of the couples and they ask where was the last place you made woopy. He answered on the Lido deck last night! Everyone cracked up!

Private function in Brewhouse was probably the Cruise Critic meet and greet.. usually done around 11AM on first sea day.

Check out the Manhattan Room, same menu, on the Breakaway they have live music during dinner, I'm sure they do on the Encore too, it was so nice.

Jackie Tang!!!! That was the cruise director on the Jade back in 2019. He knows how to have a good time! So much that his pants burst straight down the middle in the night club one night 😂😂😂

That New York Strip steak in Savor looked so much better than the one I got in the Tropicana on the Getaway! I will try one on the Breakaway 27Nov22 cruise!

I love the Escape!! We went on it when she was new for my cousin's wedding, and it was SO PERFECT! (Did you know they have a private MDR at Taste that you can book for special occasions, such as weddings at no extra cost (Or at least, there was no added cost when we went.) and that there's a dance floor at Manhattan Room, the other MDR? Most economical, magical wedding EVER.) We then went again in Dec 2019. Love that ship! The only issue with it is that you get severe FOMO because there's so much to do! But Choir of Man, Dueling Pianos (I'm blanking on the actual name of it) and the Glow Party are MUST DO's!! Also, very worth it to see the comedic pianist in District. So much fun! Enjoy!!

That is why on the very few occasions I get that kind of coffee I always get lots and lots and lots of extra cream to smooth out the taste of the alcohol

O’sheehans was our favorite place to eat on the Pearl.

That is the way to cruise, flexible plans! Great company; great cruise! Loving the ship, seems it was pretty full (Anchor's cancellation?).

The food on Norwegian looks AMAZING... I need those wings in my life lol. About to cancel my carnival cruises for a Norwegian!! But they are so much more money!! Ahhh!! Looks worth it 😍

They are a bit more but they include a lot more, too. Two specialty dining + open bar (unlimited alcohol) + $50 per port / stateroom for excursions + wifi (250 mins, I think, which is more than sufficient to allow for calling the petsitter to check on the puppy!) I have not yet tried Royal Caribbean (I'm going on Wonder of the Seas next year) or Carnival yet (I would love to try Mardi Gras or the new one coming out), but I LOVE NCL! Honestly, when we went on NCL Escape, there were MANY times where the MDR was as good if not better than the specialties! Try it! You'll be spoiled!

We enjoyed the cruise, but we had the most “hiccups” in a single cruise ever on this sailing. Starting with the lack of communication about the missing suitcase and the unexpected illness which was no ones fault, ha ha… but there are more hiccups coming!! :P

I love NCL I personally never had a problem with them… (until These ronatimes) but hey got lots of FCC lol

I loved O'Sheehans when we were on the Escape, but I didn't like everything in the Atrium. There were never enough seats, and it was extremely noisy because it was in the center of everything. Maybe the idea was to draw everyone in, but if there is nowhere to sit, I am nit going to stand around...too short, just under 5 ft.

We sailed Celebrity after Norwegian, so the vlogs will come after Norwegian. We always go in chronological order with the vlogs!! :P

I seem to recall the cruise director saying we were about half full for this sailing, so still not terrible though it was hard to find good seats in the atrium for big events, even at that capacity!! :P

The atrium entertainment venue is my one complaint about this class of ship. Way too small and not enough seats for some of the stuff they do there. Otherwise we love them.

I like the name playing Norwegian did. You know O’Sheehans is really just the word “ocean” with an accent! Haha!!

"Named after Norwegian's CEO from 2008-2015, Kevin Sheehan, the concept here is an Irish bar and grill. However, it is more like those found in New York or Boston than those in Dublin. Indeed, the heavy dark wood bar and furnishings would fit perfectly in the 19th century Irish bars that you still find in Manhattan."

They’re free. You just have to snag a reservation for one when they come available, usually the day before your tender port.

No, we left it there for someone else to find. Someone came and sat down about 15 minutes later and got it!! :D

It's a game that passengers play with each other. Hiding rubber ducks around the ship for other folks to find, then they can keep them or re-hide them somewhere else. There's a whole Facebook group called "Cruising Ducks" dedicated to the game!! :D
