Why Norton 650 SS classic motorcycle Part 1 hi team welcome today I’ll be discussing my Norton 650SS daily rider she’s one of the most iconic British twins ever made by Norton Motorcycles in the 1960s which I’ve used as a daily rider this is a two part video with the main aspects being covered in part 2 which compliments this part.
The Norton 650SS features a superb handling featherbed slimline chassis with one of the special Norton engines the Iconic Sports Special engine which Phil Reed won many production races on including endurance races in 1964. My model is a 1967 that I purchased from the original owner John and finished the restoration on I hope you enjoy this introduction to one of my favourite Nortons to ride :)
