Earlier this year, the Nishnawbe Aski Police Service and the communities of Fort Albany, Kashechewan and Attawapiskat First Nations, played the role of hosts for the Northern Exposure Program.
This program featured officers from Halton, Peel and York Regional Police Services working out of these communities between January and May. The help they offered our officers during the busy winter season was invaluable, and the knowledge and culture shared has certainly enlightened everyone involved.
