The North Macedonian identity, however, is distinct, with its own language, traditions, and history. The modern ethnic North Macedonians are the descendants of Slavic tribes that settled in the region during the early medieval period, as well as the local populations they assimilated over the centuries. The Macedonians are Greeks. Greek Macedonians, are an ethnic Greek group originating from the region of Macedonia in northern Greece. This region has a rich historical significance, famously associated with the ancient kingdom of Macedonia, which was ruled by Alexander the Great. The identity of Macedonians is strongly tied to their Greek heritage, language, and culture. They are Greek-speaking and share in the broader cultural and historical traditions of Greece.

Historically Macedonia is ancient Albanian territory (since Albanians are descendants of the Illyrian tribe the Dardanians) and its population is majority Albanian not Slavic Macedonian. The reason it seems that by percentage there are more Slavic Macedonians is because the Slavic Macedonian government refuses to admit or let the Bulgarians of North Macedonia declare themselves as Bulgarians and be counted. Bulgarians in Macedonia are forced to declare themselves as Slavic Macedonians. Bulgaria has been disputing this fact and is working hard to force Macedonia to admit Bulgarian population's existence in North Macedonia and be counted. Since Slavic Macedonians are corrupt version of Bulgarian in language and stolen Bulgarian history they do count Bulgarians like 30% of them (Bulgarians) as Slavic Macedonians and by doing that with their Slavic Macedonian combined percentage of 30% that gives them advantage over the Albanians by claiming that they are the majority in the country. So - yes North Macedonia is Albanian and CIA in August 2023 declared that by 2030 Albania, North Macedonia & Kosova will merge into one Albanian country.

My friend, macedonia and it's history is Greek! North macedonia is only geographically related to macedonia. So the countrys history doesn't start from classical Greece. It actually starts from the arrival of slavs.Please stop spreading misinformation!
