Since main media don"t like putting context:​ ST. PAUL - The Midwest Medical Examiner's Office has identified the woman killed during a use-of-force incident June 27 in North Branch. According to the medical examiner, Jamie Ann Crabtree, 36, of North Branch died of multiple gunshot wounds. The Minnesota Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) has identified two North Branch police officers who used force during this incident. They are both on critical incident leave. Kyle Miller used non-lethal force. He has a year-and-a-half of law enforcement experience. Duane Southworth fired his department rifle. He has two years of law enforcement experience. According to the preliminary investigation, officers responded to a report of a woman, later identified as Crabtree, walking down the street with a bottle of alcohol and a gun in a case. The officers made contact with her and ordered her to drop the gun, which she did not acknowledge. Miller deployed PepperBall rounds. Crabtree can be seen on squad car camera appearing to point an object at the officers. That's when Southworth fired his rifle multiple times, striking Crabtree. Officers provided medical care, but she later died at Lakes Region Emergency Medical Services. BCA crime scene personnel recovered a handgun, a gun case and rifle cartridge casings at the scene. There is body camera and squad car camera video that captured portions of the incident. BCA agents are reviewing all available video as part of their active investigation. The North Branch Police Department asked the BCA to investigate this incident. Wdym the officer with the body cam is the only one that used non-lethal-force with a pepperball rifle. The others shot her.

They use “officer safety” as an excuse to let them bleed out. Maybe they CANT “keep rolling”?! One man could walk up and secure the weapon and make sure she doesn’t reach for the weapon she NOT LONGER HAS IN HAND! Quick to fire and slow to help.

With the pricilla segment, shes in the wrong but it was handled really badly. If the officers had asked more questions about the alleged assault they could have made her more cooperative. They could have asked if she'd prefer a female officer. The EMT asking for her ID immediately made her not trust them. Its not about whether she was in the wrong, but they could have much more easily gained her cooperation. The whole thing was horribly handled by the officers, who were wholly concerned with arresting her for dui

I would like to know how anybody would be able to put their hands up after being shot so many times. How can they not cover each other and one of them make their way up to her in order to render first aid? If she makes a move for the gun while they're going up to help her shoot her and if not render first aid to her

I feel like these officers are just putting on a show for their bodycams and that the lady was already past the point of no return. Only officer who shouldnt been put on leave is the officer who used nonlethal rounds. Remember folks, these are the same guys we think would help our kids during an active shooter. *Gun shots* "We really want to help you get away kids.... Keep rolling towards us"

Shots by police MAY have been justified, but the LACK of rendering timely aid is UNFORGIVABLE! Fuxx! You have so many guns trained on her and she was just shot several times. It's a less lethal pepper ball gun that's why the mag is long and yellow so it can be identified on body cams and cruiser cams I'm not 100% sure on that but I have seen them on other videos thats what they called it

Most the blk youth of Chicago slums lost hope in society in the drill era of 2011 and forward. we'd be in 5th grade maybe and the schools is ending passing out summer jobs but most blk teen wont go outside their neighborhood when they know you need money to make money and they wont go into other neighborhoods they dont like, that could put thier workforce in danger and theyd be labeled in rico cases if the fede notice its a street beef, and you wont be seeing them work in stores on the block that they are known for being on
