I loved my trip to Phoenix in Jan 2023. I want to move there within the next 4 years, but prices have really gone up! I was pleasantly surprised about the mts. The heat may be an issue, but after living in Alaska I am ready to get away from the cold. If I have to live 3 months in Air conditioning, its better than 9 months of frigid cold. I laughed when folks down there warned about coyotes. I asked if they had disease and they said no, but they are dangerous. I have bear, moose and other critters at my home in Anchorage, I don’t think a coyote will be that challenging. The scorpion’s and lizards are not charming though. There is so much to do there, the communities are clean and well planned. Lots are small but houses are great. I love your videos!

Thanks for the videos. I am enjoying learning about the diverse areas. Even though I have lived here a few years now and own Moving Forward Foreclosure Cleanouts in Phoenix, Arizona. I still learn everyday. And how amazing to have a little back ground and history of the areas. That would have been great when we first moved. You just don't know anything about an area until you move. I am sure so many people are so grateful. Make sure you make your evening amazing and never stop moving forward!

It is typically a pest control company or specialist. They fill all gaps, openings, etc. Please text me if you would like a recommendation.
