Well, Emirates is not as cost and fuel efficient and they don't care as much about budget as budget airlines. Those pilots try to get as close to the runway as possible and come in faster than most other airlines. This helps them save fuel and reduce their approach time. In some cases, the pilots may feel a need to quickly adjust their altitude to avoid obstacles or turbulence and this can result in harsher landings.

hardest landings ive had were with easyjet. It depends where you sit! chose a seat near the rear and you wont feel it as much!

You give Ryanair an a330 and they'll slam it on the ground too
