He praised Hamas' attack on October 7th, has called Holocaust denier David Irving "a greast historian", and compared the murdered writers at Charlie Hebdo to the creator of Der Sturmer (who he also said shouldn't have been hanged ay the Nuremberg trials). Same, i did not know the full story and up until recently have always been fiercly pro-israel. Doing my own research, its clear that its not simple. We're taught israel= good, palestine= bad , but its a lot more nuanced then that, and we are often just shown one side.

Completely disagree... Finkelstein says that the reason Jews memorialize the Holocaust is for propagandistic purposes in defense of Israel. Jews do not memorialize the Holocaust in order to, as Finkelstein's fans would probably say, "guilt and manipulate the goyim into supporting their agenda." Just to add, most the Israeli citizens killed on 7th October were killed due to IDF indiscriminately firing at everyone and also firing from their helicopters. This has been verified by Israeli news so I am not just defending Hamas. Just thought you may appreciate knowing the full truth regarding the matter. There are lots of lies being spread about what Hamas did on that day but without proof. Houses and buildings were burnt down by the IDF themselves as they were furiously trying to get rid of Hamas militants and desperately wanted nobody to leave Israel with hostages. I admit though it is so heavy, I managed to watch it in three sessions, parts of it was hard to watch for me a tough man of 40s who’s always thought he can be in total control of his emotions. If he debated ben shapiro he’d be massacred. So many points he fails to address, particularly the role radical jihadism, that plays into the psychology of the conflict. You like everyone else who supports palestine fails to understand that the more power those types of people around the world have, the less freedoms you and your children will have in the future. Ive heard no rational argument to think different. Lets hope radical islamists continue to gain power on the pity of bleeding heart westerners just so Your grandchildren will spite you for the world you left them.

My dear Lady---thank you for your kind remarks. I do not have any contact information on the good Doctor Finklestein as I have only recently come upon him and his wonderful and heroic stance on the current trouble---current catastrophe. I only know him from KZread but I believe there are multiple ways to contact him--I have not and probably would not just because he is so incredibility busy and I do not want to bother him but knowing him in my limited way---I think that he would do whatever he could for others. @@hannah3146

Amazing interview. Heavy stuff... But so refreshing to hear raw, blunt honesty.

Dr. Finkelstein's intellectual and moral grappling with the question, "How can you acknowledge that atrocities were committed on 7 October and not condemn them ?" is consistent with a lifetime of integrity on moral questions. The Nat Turner Rebellion comparison - which was likely worse than the what Hamas did - illustrates the difference between deep moral considerations and honest self reflection vs.reactive condemnation.

I have spoken to Norm and hands down, he is a reasonable and outspoken intellectual person who is passionate about the injustice incurred from the seemingly perpetual conflict between Isareli's and Palestinians. He stands firm against ALL the hate infused tirades coming from Israelis and their govt. His argument is grounded, carries such weight, and is embeeded in historical fact which bodes extremely well, because he has no need to appease or condone either of the multiple " wrongs/ crimes" that the US govt and their allly the Israeli govt havebeen and are still deliberately committing to this day.

Even if you don't agree with Candace Owens on issues, she deserves credit for a fair & open interview with Dr. Finklestein. Ben Shapiro needs to understand that FACTS don't care about his feelings. Thanks Krystal for hosting Dr. Finklestein. Great job!!

There were no No Attacks on civilians on the 7th. Just collateral. 500/1200-1300 (they keep magically decreasing) were soldiers. 'Out of 769 names, 462 military (55 soldiers, 13 privates, 59 corporals, 200 sergeants of whom 45 are sergeants majors, 48 commanders, 32 lieutenants, 5 lieutenant colonels, 6 colonels, 13 captains, 37 officers, 10 inspectors, 6 intendents, 2 Lance Corp). It was a Military defeat, they are taking it out on the rest' - analysis of datasheet from haaretz.

I know bro... Long before there were reports that the IDF killed Israelis on the 7th I knew all about the Hannibal Directive. There's even witness testimonies from the day. It's Ironic because I've been censored on; CNN, CBN, FOXNEWS, and Piers Morgan ''Uncensored'' for the first 4 weeks of the conflict when trying to state that in comment threads. Most of the civilians killed was at the hands of the IDF via Apache Helicopters and Abrahm tank rounds. IDF confirmed it and Netanyahu and his cabinet of war criminals will be on trial soon. As of now, there's 3 public independent investigations currently taking place on the matter, the main one being the UN's Commision of Inquiry into War Crimes committed by both sides. I've heard Norman's speech a few times now. It's almost word for word the same each time. Facts. It takes time to sink in. But it works. He is a one-man force for truth. The lovely Krystal was moved, as any decent human would.
