Amie, try drinking fresh green vegetable juice with a little fresh ginger. I really like the Suja cold pressed juice that is sold at Costco in the US. No added sugar, just apples to sweeten it. Not sure if they have it where you are at. Lots of magnesium in veggies. It really helped me when I was pregnant.

I’m going to try the True and Co. bras. I’m always looking for soft bras/bralettes to wear at home, but they come up too high in the front and have those thick straps, both of which shoe in many of my tops. These look perfect.

I second the rec for morocconoil. I have thick wiry wavy Korean hair and it really helps lessen the frizziness and bigness. But I didn't find it as part of the sale in the U.S.

Jo Malone does not last on me at all! Which is sad because I love so many of their fragrances. 😞 I found about Natori from you and there's no going back. They are the best bras for sure.

Try Diptyque, they're like Jo Malone in terms of the house's style but their perfumes have much more longevity

I heard Jane Fonda always wears gloves when driving to protect against sunspots on her hands! I need that level of dedication haha

U should really try the neiwei bras (their barely zero line). It is like your true & Co bra but BETTER. The fabric is even better and will fit your needs during pregnancy and post partum when your bra size runs all over the place. I cannot go back to true & co or any other bra.

Better than True & Co?! Oh my goodness, I'm going to need to try these! My ones are getting a little small now but I want to wait before buying a gazillion different sizes haha. Will definitely check these out, thank you!!

Just a recommendation if you’re looking for a pregnancy safe sunscreen that isn’t horribly white and yucky feeling-I swear by the ‘I’m pure cica sun cream’ by Suntique. It’s a Korean skincare brand and the only thing I was happy to use while pregnant/breastfeeding and couldn’t use chemical sunscreens.

Magnesium also helps tremendously with Charlie horses. Beginning in month 5 of my second pregnancy, I woke up most nights screaming in pain from my leg cramps. After well over 6 months of it, I upped my magnesium intake and haven't had a Charlie horse since.

Try Trace Mineral drops in your water. One drop in 16 oz of water and it’s amazing!

Yes so many people are very deficient in Magnesium and Potassium.

In the US THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN'T BUY IS IF THE UNIT is condemned! Buildings sink no problem (whats your price!) leans no worries etc. Code problems its reflected in the price. In the US they would never hold anyone in a building from selling their units. They would be sued into oblivion CA>
