Nordschleife Touristenfahrten 22/05/2020 in Skoda Octavia VRS. My wife's first laps.

FR: Les premiers tours de ma femme sur la Nordschleife, et mes premiers tours avec la Skoda. Comme vous voyez, madame n'est pas si impressionnée, elle baille même à la fin du premier tour. Le montage est une succession de moments sans problèmes histoire de faire un "tour complet".
Malheureusement pas un tour sans devoir stopper pour redémarrer à cause d'une erreur et puissance réduite (EPC). Châssis origine, pneus Goodyear Eagle F1 As3 en fin de vie (et décédés au 3ème tour ^^).
Quelques améliorations à venir (dont les freins), et on y retournera! Ah et désolé pour le cadrage pas optimal, ça aussi ce sera mieux la prochaine fois!
EN: The first laps of my wife on the Nordschleife, and my first laps with the Skoda. As you will see, seems my wife is not impressed as she's yawning at the end of the first lap ^^. This is an arrangement of moments without troubles in order to have a "complete lap" in one shot.
Unfortunately, I did not get a single lap without an error and reduced power which forced me to stop and restart the car (EPC). Orginal car parts, old Eagle F1 As3 (definitely gone after the 3rd lap).
A few improvements are coming (including the brakes), and we'll be back!
Sorry for the bad cam orientation, it will also be improved next time!

Awesome drive, 9 mins with other tourists, incredible. I think that's how much Sabine S took with a kodiaq vrs. Respect... like your wife's reaction at the end, yawn et c'est bien...😁

Haha thanks mate! Well I have absolutely no claim to be even close to what Sabine would do. But I just lapped a lot of Nordschleife in different driving simulators. So I'm able to be reasonably quick without taking too much risks 😉. And the Skoda being quite well balanced helped as well. 😁😁
The amount of chatting on this "flight" would be called "sterile cockpit" in aviation :) that was a smooth lap!

Stage 1, after you should have 300 HP. It costs 490 euros. + 80 HP boost !! After, suspension sport & brakes = cost 1.500/2.000 After that, you'll have a beast of a Skoda. I plan to buy a Skoda and do these modification (and also some parts of engine to reinforce). A Limo, not a break, from 2014 & after... that's a perfect underdog car, like the style also 😁

The car was already "staged" for those laps. But original suspensions and brakes. 😅
How difficult is it to control the car at this speed for someone who never drove on a track in real life ? I know the track very well from gran turismo 7. But if I would like to go with my car is it hard.?

Honestly knowing with Gran Turismo helps a lot. Even better if you play with steering wheel. Now you have to stay humble of course. This is a race track where you need to not over drive. 😁😁

I don't think there is an official one. But I'm sure this is much faster than me! 😅
