The new NordicTrack EXP 7i Treadmill is compact, lightweight, and easy to use. We really like this new design and that this is a good budget option. It has a nice price point that’s comparable to other entry-level treadmills while having features that are more commonly found on higher-end models.
The 2.6 CHP motor goes up to 10 mph and the deck inclines to 12%. You have plenty of training options to choose from. We recommend the EXP 7i for primarily walking and jogging and some light running. The deck is 20” wide and 55” long so it isn’t best for long-running strides but most people should be able to walk and jog on the deck.
The incline is a little loud and slow to adjust, but overall the NordicTrack EXP 7i is appropriate to use in most home spaces. This model is a little more compact than the previous model to fit better in more homes.
The deck folds up to save you a lot of space when you’re not using the treadmill. You get assistance in the deck when folding and unfolding so it’s convenient to store. There are 2 transportation wheels so you just have to tip back the EXP 7i when it’s folded to move it around.
The 7” touch screen is a little small, especially for viewing iFit. The console has a great layout that’s easy to use though. It is missing a fan so you’ll have to plug in your own to cool off. iFit comes free for the first month and it offers thousands of guided workouts to take on the EXP 7i. The treadmill automatically adjusts the speed and incline throughout your workout with iFit, too.
Overall, if you’re looking for a compact, budget-friendly walking and jogging treadmill, we recommend checking out the NordicTrack EXP 7i.

Just got mine but do you notice that between 1-2.5 mph it stalls a bit? Once it goes above it’s perfect.

Hi, congratulations for your videos, really fantastic. I'm undecided bro 1. EXP 7i 2. S25I 3.EXP5i 4.t6.6 5.T 5.5 S both walking and running 1 hour a day... I need a good shock absorber for my knees in order, which one would you choose? Thank you

The EXP 7i is my choice. Considering it's the only treadmill among these that's on NordicTrack's site (at least in the US), I would get the EXP 7i. Buying straight from the manufacturer helps ensure the warranty is honored.

I would think you can use it without a subscription, but the KZread videos won't control the running machine so you will need to manually adjust

why do you need a fan? Is that a metric considered internationally to be of essence in these types of devices?

@cedric182 Are you being intentionally dense or do you have some type of cognitive issue?
