    After trawling YT for a simple start guide for the nord stage 3 and looking at loads of over complicated rubbish, I found this one. Thank you for your clear and simple instructions. Well done!

    This has been the easiest videos to understand that I have seen since I got my NS3 home. After struggling through 4 performances puling up sounds one at a time, I could only say how I WISH I had seen this simple video first. Thank you for making this a doable thing for anyone.

    That tutorial was almost perfect. So you program 5 positions, how to you then save all of those programs as a song? or do you have to create a song, remember the parts then reload them?

    Thank you for this wonderful tutorial! I’ve got a brand new Nord Stage 3. I’ve not added or stored anything yet. When I select the Store button I’m getting a pop up message to the screen, “Store Disabled Memory Protected in System menu.” How do I remove this so I can store my presets?

    I question if it’s a good idea to overwrite programs that NORD put a lot of effort into........you lose the program forever and some synth settings are very complex

    I have some questions- how many presets can you make? Once the keyboard is shut off, will they be saved? How do you restore the Royal Grand you erased?

  • @bonnersmusic

    @bonnersmusic

    6 жыл бұрын

    You have Banks labelled A - H. Each bank has 50 presets. That means that you can have up to 400 presets saved. The Royal Grand sound can be recreated in a new preset by selecting the Royal grand when making your preset. By saving a new preset you do not erase the sound. It can still be found when creating a new preset.

    Nords are built for studio work, over complicated for a live muso, prefer Roland everytime, simple, direct and far better piano sounds and the expression hammer action are the best, FACT.
