I finally had a chance to play one of these a few months back and I could not stop playing it for it's unbelievable. When I returned home and to my studio I was still inspired to play but my Motif XF couldn't come close so I ran it through a 24 band eq still no dice. It's the sample I know that. This will be my next keyboard without doubt. Be warned for once you play one all of your other equipment will fall short.

Sure man, i had the chance to play one of them this week. I got an S70XS, the XS engine has a good rhodes (Vintage'74) and you can improve it with the built in effects, but man! the nord has no comparison, is creamy and everything, those rhodes are very close to the real deal. Is a high budget but my pair in a future will be my S70XS + nord Stage 2 EX 88

60 voice polyphony? That's it? The original motif had 64 voice polyphony back in 2001...

lol @ how they act as if giving you a gig is some monumental achievement . what is this 1989?. you have 300 dollar keyboards from radio shack coming with like 5 gigs of data and Yamaha keyboards doing damn near a terabyte...but you're giving us a gig....how gracious are you to us plaebians that have invested 3000 dollars in your product. how can we thank you enough to know how much we appreciate your generosity?

+dopemcee It's more than that though. Nobody, NOBODY, has mastered lossless compression like Nord. They can get they same fidelity in 100meg that Korg does with 2gb, and I'm not exaggerating. Besides, memory aside, it's all about how its sounds, and the quality of the construction

+chieftp you guys have such low expectation from these companies that you support with thousands of dollars. why do you think it cant be possible to have quality and size ...instead of having to constnatly swapping sounds when in some situation you run out of space lol. you guys are silly.

Hey Chris, at around 5:50, how did you what sounds like change the delay time without getting that weird pitch shifting oscillator type-sound? It's a great effect! I'm on a Nord Stage 2 as well. Thanks.

Does anyone know if the Stage 3 has any drum patches and drumtracks?

You would probably laugh at my ignorance, but I wanted to know if any Nords come with preset backing drum rhythms or even styles like arranger keyboards?

though nord doesn't accompaniment it's voice quality is uncompared so it's still worth it
