Lauri, I also own a NS2 and appreciate your tutorial videos. My only suggestion would be to play the keyboard after you have explained each setting so that it clarifies your instruction through hearing as well as seeing the settings. This way those who are more audio oriented in the learning process understand by "hearing" your explanation as well as "seeing" it. Thanks again!

Yeah, otherwise really hard to hear what you're talking about.

I watched this video before I arrived at the venue and it was a help as regards using the Nord but I found the instrument selection to be very difficult and not intuitive. However the piano sounds were excellent.

My Nord Stage II has only 123 synth samples. Who can explain, as the video shows much more samples (167 and 187)

How do you layer 2 or 3 sounds together and SAVE into a favourites bank? I’d like a big piano sound layered with a string sound, then another pad or string sound added. But an octave higher or lower - I’m not a Nord owner but a company has hired me one to use in September

is it possible i have the nord stage 2 but only 4 types of grand piano sounds? and none of theme is italian?

Go into your Program/System and turn off Memory Protect. It’ll be one of the first things they’ll tell you to do in the manual.
