Noodle Journey Episode 155: Nissin Chikin Ramen

    I always keep some of my favorite instant soups in my pantry, even if they aren't the best quality. Sometimes, I get this weird impulse to have them again. One of them is Vifon Curry Chicken. Good video as always, thanks a lot!

    Great video! Also a great tip about the egg too. I figured it was best to fry the egg and steam it with a little water lightly works best.

    Thanks! And yeah, that's a great way to get a perfectly-cooked egg, especially if you're going for sunny-side-up and want to ensure the whites are completely done. Perfection.

    The OG instant noodle, now I'm curious to experiment. Maybe with higher than normal temp boiling water, and a cover to steam the egg? 🤔🍜

    I did do it with a covering because I was afraid the steeping alone wouldn't be enough. Higher temperature possibly would work, but since it's an imported product, I'm not too keen to experiment with it much further.
