@@GamerGrovyle Completely forgot about The Beast, considering he towered over Vulkan, who was the largest of the Primarchs. Considering the shortest was about 9-10 feet tall (Alpharius), to almost 12 feet tall (11'9" with Vulkan, only Emps is taller), absolutely terrifying.

The best part of Kholek Suneater's campaign is when you can vassalize Grimgor and turn him into a war declaration seeking missile

The Storm of Chaos version where he just shows up out of thin air seconds after the duel between Valter and Archaon, headbutts the later into submission, then proclaims he's "Da best" before buggering off is the best Grimgor there is

1:46 That prophecy thing was probably never materialized because they straight up forgot about Skarsnik's very existence (despite not forgetting the other 2 of the Eight Peaks Trio) who was supposed to act as the Squigma male brains (Mork) and Grimgor the Squigma male brawn (Gork).

Had the author not forgot about Skarsnik, we might have seen them do some kind of polymerization of sorts to create the ultimate squigma male. (Perhaps straight up create GorkaMorka from later Age of Sigmar straight into a mortal vessel in the old world.)

I 'member when it was canon Grimgor Ironhide saved the world on accident by kicking Archaeon on the balls, head butting him into submission, and calling himself DA BEST DARE IS!!!!!

Everytime you make a new noobs guide, I start a new campaign with that legendary lord 😂

fun note Grimgor has taken on one of, if not the, main skaven undercity (the one that makes all the monsters), they threw LITERALLY EVERYTHING at him and the tunnel he was in he just planted his feet in the middle of the tunnel, and like John Henry, just started swinging and didn't stop for like...weeks! after he killed the last abomination the rats threw at him? and won!?...he walked away..because grimgor realized he killed all that would fight him, he beat them...and he wanted to keep fighting/ Grimgor wants to fight so much that grimgor has never gone without 2 days of fighting BECAUSE HIS OWN ORCS WONT LET HIM OUT OF FEAR! grimgor is chuck noris on Old World and i would do anything to somehow see him return in AoS

IIRC Grimgor walked away because he wanted to farm the Skaven of Four Peaks for fighting. So it's like a holiday home he goes back to when things get boring elsewhere. The Skaven of Clan Moulder have no idea and think they are surviving by the skin of their teeth each time this actual walking green cataclysm returns, but in reality Grimgor knows he'd wipe them out and he doesn't want to do that.

this campaign surprised me in WH3. it was mediocre in 2, but in 3 its one of the funnest I've played. conquering your chaos dwarf masters, fighting kholek at the challenge stone, pouring out of the mountains of morne to destroy and pillage the wealthy lands of Cathay with 12 armies and their WAAHHs, reducing the grand bastion to rubble... this campaign was so thematic and was a gift that just kept giving. it's not as fun as Archaon or Skarbrand... but that goes without saying. those campaigns are PERFECTION. but Grimgor's campaign is shockingly good now.

During a Skarsnik campaign in Mortal Empires I sent Grimgor to challenge Archaon, as one should. He took a Chaos Knight charge to the face, then tanked them and a Chaos Giant while fighting Archaon until an Arachnarok could peel the Knights and Giant off him. Even unoptimized he's a tank

No pure infantry army is so strong as grimgor and he's black orc buddies.

I have waited for this day for so long...its beautiful The big man was my first playthrough of WH1 and remains one of my favourite Lords of all time.

Once upon a time, Mr. Bonds said he would not taint his video with a joke about of orc procreation when he talked about Skarsnik and said he would save said joke for an Orcs video. Even a joke of orc procreation could not make it in because it wasn’t worth a Grimgor video. Because it’s Grimor Ironhide. Any jokes of orc procreation in Grimgors’ video gets ya a bludgeon to da head.

What I got from this is to use goblin tactic when facing Grimgor. Find a door he can't get through.

Fun fact! Grimgor is littarly the only character in all of WHF lore to ever breach a skaven city! That city being hell pit, were grimgor spent days on end killing throts creations and eating them. Throt himself wanted to go and deal with him but thankfully for throt grimgor got bored and left.

Damn it, Cody, I'm not done with my Imrik campaign yet, and you'll make me start a Grimgor run.

The abosolute menace of every chaos dwarf campagn. He showed me true meaning of blithzkieg. Over 20 provinces in like 30 turns steamrolled My Drazoeth, Zharduk, Ghorst, All ogres in like 10- 15 turns. After that I rush him every goddamn time and he is still a huge pain
