Man Nong O is an absolute stud, so much value in his teaching and energy, this is just dope to watch let alone experience, It's mad how when he was showing the feint with the two punches how even though he went through it slowly, when he demonstrated it on the students it was still confusing to them showing how powerful a simple feint is, imagine facing him and him doing that shit full power and speed

I have a question: how deal nang-o with the pain in his fights ? Hard ellbows or lowkicks are so painful, like to kick at a shin guard...

  • @iamjulian2810

You could ask this question to literally any professional mma fighter or Muay Thai fighter. It takes years of conditioning firstly to be able to sustain any type of damage, and I mean years. Years of hard work and proper diet. Also for Thai people, it’s just a way of life, they are used to tough and hard conditions in their environment, so most of them have very tough skin on top of most them have been training since very early childhood around 4 years old? They are accustomed to it. But truly, any fighter will tell you that there is not enough experience in the world that can take away the pain, punches hurt, elbows hurt, knees hurt, checking kicks hurt, you just become conditioned to taking the hit till it becomes natural. Like I said, this takes years of training.
