Thank you for this great video ! I love Douglas Harding and Tony Parsons because they are crazing and One-of-a-kind men (out of "their" mind so to speak). Tony Parsons says the same thing in one of his books about the meaning of the word "repent" : "looking back to 180° and see anew". Attention in the right direction ! Meditating on a hamster in a wheel is powerful. Thank you for your insightful metaphors, like the "shadow" that you also used during last Sunday websatsang. Love :-)

I think I get what you are saying Fred. I just expected some magical experience when I realized who I was. Is there maybe an even deeper realization, or is it just possible I don't get it yet? I am the one watching someone type these words. This person thinks she is me but I am even further in the background. Is that it?

Does it make sense that seeking just happens inside me without me being able to do anything about it? It just arises... It's the stepping of I can't do. And I know why, because "me" can't get off. I guess the seeker will just fall away or it won't.
