In the 4x4 Mercedes Sprinter I’m building I’ve decided to use an Espar S2 D2L heater. This is a short video covering some installation tips I haven’t seen other people mention like heater location, reducing the sound with Propex acoustic ducting and mounting the heater in an external box.

Silicone Elbow: I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS PART...OR MAYBE I JUST GOT A KNOCK OFF. The Part Number is Propex 811E. The one in the video did great, but the last one I got melted which is odd given the temperature it was and that it is supposed to be made of silicone.
