Due to stress, I am experiencing hair thinning and a lot of hair fall. Can we use Rosemary serum daily along with this serum? Morning Pilgrim serum and evening rosemary serum? After serum, how do we wash hair. Do we have to use shampoo for that? Or just normal wash only?
