    I’m blessed that I don’t actually get on a scale. All I look at are NSV’s. Posture/straight back, fitting into old clothes, front of the hips hitting the floor when I’m on my stomach. Your challenge was one of my favorite things that helped me accomplish all of that. And it didn’t require much movement so it’s great for those with more serious disabilities and even less mobility. It’s only tied as a favorite with Transform At Home, which credit also goes to you (and Chris) for that too. 💖

    @HeidiPowell Heidi, your videos and advice changed my life, thanks to them I lost weight from 95 kg to 52 kg, I am happy and healthy, I overcame diabetes and I no longer take insulin and cholesterol medications.

    This was my inspiration today to keep going. I’ve lost 25 pounds and even though the scale moves so painfully slowly my body is beginning to feel energized and strong and healthier than its ever been. My NSV today is that I am going to feel great after my workout. Thank you, Heidi.

    OMG this is what i have been doin, goin by the scale and getting so frustrated and angry with myself for not reaching weekly weightloss goals I end up self sabotaging and the cycle starts all over again. Thank you so much for this message Heidi, you've just given me the silver bullet I need to break this destructive pattern and start moving forward again with the knowledge and confidence that I can do this.     Boy did I need to hear this! I've heard your Ed story and I literally think I'm on the brink of it too and I'm only 16. I hope cutting out crap food 99% of the time and eating fruit, veg, protein and whole grains will help me tone up (along with HIIT, cycling and walking) for next summer, when I'm going to menorca on holiday. I wanna feel happy in my body and wear a bikini

    Thank You for this Heidi. I am currently trying to stop getting on the scale so much that I decided to hide it from myself lol... I have lost weight and got to my goal but is not satisfied with it due to I needing to gain muscle now. I will start to take progress photo's and measurements instead. Also while learning it takes patience with weight loss and gains. I so need this video today. Thank You!

    So needed to hear this this morning I went and bought a scale and the weight hasn’t been shifting the past week I’m seriously going to put my scale away and just focus on how I’m feeling and how my clothes fit I know I’m losing because I’ve gone down to dress sizes in six weeks

    This!! I have lost 23.9 pounds from 6/19-7/18. I track all calories and try to stick around 1,200 a day. Additionally, I started working out at least 2 hours a day with a mix of cardio, abs, and weights. Got on the scale this week and it's up a pound. However, I tried on some jeans I couldn't get into last week and had no issues. I feel like I've lost and feel better, the scale can be disappointing for sure.

    This is so me! 💡 moment, I need NSV’s!! I’ve just had 3 week of an intentional diet break as the scales were not moving, the tape measure was not moving & causing disagreements with my supportive Hubbie because tape measure positioning is impossible to get it in the same place each fortnight. My problem has been although I stuck to maintenance for the first week, the last two see a massive disappointment with the process that I just ate want I fancied and it took me way over the top. Also with an abductor injury saw we only doing upper body sessions & give up completely. I’ve now just ordered a Lumen following your review & discount code & will pick myself up, dust myself off and get back to it! Any tips re measurements would be awesome.
