may be its just me but i feel that at the end of each meditation session Jeff has this little boy inside him expression that just wants to explode bursting out laughing but he's holding it in for some reason and again may be its just me! even bursting out at the end with laughter is allowed!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I am shocked to hear a soundtrack on this video. Perplexing. I’ve seen Jeff thrice in person at his retreats, and have regularly participated in his online offerings for the past 3years. Never before today have I heard Jeff have musical accompaniment. This video is an anomaly. I’m truly dumbfounded. I will find another video of his, one without music. 😅

I have had to give up on this meditation due to the awful advert(s) which really don't work for a meditative experience. I usually play a meditation to go to sleep and the ads just wreck it. It's a shame

It would be deeply helpful if ads can be off on meditation videos of Jeff. In the middle of meditation, 2 ads come, and breaks the flow. Too many subscriptions already, do not want one more. 🙏🙏🙏
