smooth awesome... i would think that is some pretty hard core mechanical engineering to smoothly feed that thin wire n stop on a dime consistently every time... awesome tools and awesome procedure.. thanks much for the video

A utilidade do operario so esta no dele.Ele tambem cria a utilidade do produtor na hora de consumir com o seu olho inconsciente. E impossivel um olho consciente criar alguma coisa no seu consumo. O olho Aristocrata e todo errado na hora de arranjar o capital e na hora de consumir. Os aperfeiçoamentos das maquinas sao feitas por eles para aumentar a sua produçao,e na hora de consumir eles tambem ajudam a criar o produto de outros. E o fiscal!

How do you count the windings? or does it automatically do a certain number of windings?

+RocketRich The machine is set to wind a certain number of turns on the armature. This is tedious work. One nick or break in the magnet wire and it's game over.

It is a DC motor, probably with permanent magnet. DC motors can operate on a range of Voltage and current.

So how is that "Non" automated??? Using a $20,000 machine looks pretty automated to me! I thought from the title it was going to show someone actually winding by hand - like I did back in the day with slot car armatures, and as top level group 7 and eurosport slot car armatures are still done today...

Non automated? if you look really closely, you'll see an expensive machine doing 98% of the winding.

In most DC motors, the field windings are on posts in the housing. The loops are wound on a bobbin, taped into shape, and removed from the bobbin. They are then pressed into the groove in the housing they'll reside in, and the core facing is screwed/riveted in place to retain them.
