@@SouthCoastDetecting hi Aron, I have been metal detecting sunset 1986 , I started of with a c scope 6 pi, which I found 12 gold rings in 6 months, and a gold bracelet, I've had many many metal detectors in my time, but we just love watching your channel, love to met you on the beach some day, take care and all the best

Hi Arron, I do enjoy watching your adventures down south , have to smile at your "Oh Bugger" comments regarding 2p's and noticed you've found a 1971 edition on this video. I recently found a 1971 2p with my detector and thought I'd investigate it which resulted in me discovering how much people are selling them for on e-bay 😵‍💫😳🤔so thought I'd share that thought with you and other subscribers. Keep swinging and filming it is appreciated , I detect the beaches in North Wales and have similar issues as yourself with deep scrap metal (post WW2 D-Day landing training) I actually popped a 1935 1cent coin (USA) not long ago on one of those beaches.

Have you got any general metal detecting device to enlighten me with? I use a garrett ace 300i and a cheap pinpointer. Ive found some decent stuff but im not too sure what every number means yet

Hi Aaron, I've just started watching your videos. I want to get started on metal detecting but can't afford multiple machines. What would you recommend as a decent all rounder?

Wow I found almost an identical twin to that ring with the same round black stone and designed. But mine is only stamped 925 though with no hallmarks. I must have the US version, or should I say my girlfriend must have the US version SMH. It's amazing how she has fingers that fits most of the rings I find.

The one I use is the Nokta pointer, had it for about 4 years and it’s still going strong…

I never altered audio gain, I want those distant tones to tell me that they are deep targets
