Nokian tires on the Massey Ferguson 2860M
The Ag (R1) tires on the tractor are great for traction, but really chew up the sod with a full bucket on the loader. I bought Nokian Tri 2 tires and have found that they are much more gentle on the sod, and also have good traction capabilities.

Yes. They are performing well. I was going to change back to the ag tires for the winter, but never got it done. I think the Nokians are actually better in the snow than the ag tires. Only downside is the cost, but worth it to me to go a little easier on chewing up the sod.
I bet they are very good in the snow???

David, they are quite good in snow. I am a little surprised about that. Right now since they are new the tread lugs are at about a half inch in depth. I suspect as that gets wore away the effectiveness in snow will diminish. I kept the ag tires and mounted them on some aftermarket wheels and may put them on the tractor wintertime hen ground is froze up.
Where did you get the nokian tire from?
