Rob, you raised the bar with this one. An intense cold war thriller with a wonderful cast and, I have to say, the stupefyingly gorgeous Zsa Zsa was really superb in this. Love her and this movie.

Yes Brenda, her voice seemed more elegant than she!😮 Wherever she worked, I felt somehow she was an alien from an unknown population. Someone who had secret control and we weren't good enough for her, so she chose not to share all of her powers!!!!😮❤😊 What do you think???

@@patriciapiper6294 Yes Patricia, Zsa Zsa was a true "Queen Bee." (I might be confusing her movie, and, or, character with another, which Joan Crawford played ;-) And if that weren't enough, in strolls William ("Bill") Schallert of "The Patty Duke Show" fame. I haven't gotten through the entire picture yet, but I am hoping that Butterfly McQueen (from "Gone With The Wind") makes a "cameo" in some fashion or another. Seriously, these old films are great fun. Cheers!

Oh, the handsome Lex Barker was divorced by his then wife (Lana Turner) the same year this film was released (1957). I am not implying any connection to this film and their divorce, but... In any event, it is fun to see these old pictures, so thank you Rob for what you do. P.S. I liked Zsa Zsa better in "Queen of Outer Space" which was released in 1958 ("One move and I kill you!")

Quote: " The Devil's gone back to Hell." Yep, but he always comes back in another person's body...Mao Tse Tung of China, Pol Pot of Cambodia, Kim Jong Un of N. Korea, and many other two-bit dictators of many countries. The world will always have these evil people until Judgement Day arrives.

@@trh1493 ....Yep, and when the Devil failed in trying to stop Jesus from getting crucified, he did the next best thing: he became 'religious'. When Paul warned the church at Corinth about false apostles acting like true apostles of Christ, he said this in 2 Corinthians 11: 14-15: " And no wonder, for Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works." So...what do we today call "ministers of righteousness"??? Of course....ministers, preachers, Priests, Rabbis ( some, not all ). The prosperity preachers on T.V., both men & women preachers, the "slain in the spirit" evangelists, people like Jim Jones, and many other devils in disguise all over the world. They attract the innocent and gullible people who do not study their Bible, people who are looking for a quick emotional fix that has no Biblical substance or truth. There is a famous saying: " If you can't lick 'em, join em..!! " And this is precisely what Satan did. He is the master at forgery. He should be. He's been doing it for a very long time.

Yes, she did. Her name is Natalia Daryll, and implausibly enough, she was born in the Soviet Union to aristocratic parents who were repeatedly jailed by the Stalin regime and fled to Germany during WWII. They emigrated to the United States after the war. She had a remarkably nonchalant attitude about shaving her head and at most seemed mildly amused by the shock it created.
