The judge rarely let Nogla speak, the bailiff spoke against him and even killed him after the trial ended, he wasn't told his rights, and wasn't even given an attorney until the jury literally volunteered to be his attorney😂

Usually the plaintiff states their case, then the defendant is given the chance to defend themselves, Nogla kept interrupting the plantiff out of turn and would've been held in contempt of court .

@@fearthypotato Near the end I will agree that the plaintiff's attorney spoke out of turn, though i'd argue since they didn't hold the defendant in contempt then the plaintiff's attorney saw no punishment for doing the same. The fault would fall on the judge and bailiff at that point.

Well they're all at fault here at this point considering how so many things went wrong in the court. I do agree that the judge would have the most blame though since he openly called Nogla a racial slur.

Immediately heard Judge Terroriser Cuss in session. I yelled "KANGAROO COURT. NOGLA GETS TO GO FREE OF ALL CHARGES" (It's prohibited to do that. Otherwise if called kangaroo court with evidence shows this court coupd be biased and the judge is supposed to keep order in the court.) PLEASE SEE THIS MARCEL AND LET THEM KNOW HOW THE COURT OUGHTA BE LIKE!!😂😂😂 Either way this was the best court session I've seen since Rick and Morty did one. Keep it up!

If i was Nogla's defense, I would have argued that the trial was a violation of his civil rights as he had not been properly arrested, read his rights, or provided a defense attorney. He had been railroaded into the trial against his will and as such the trial is a miscarriage of justice.
