    I have been practicing nofap since two years, failed several times and one thing which helped me a lot is meditation. Specifically mantra meditation, chant "Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Ram Hare Ram Ram Ram Hare Hare" 108 times. You can chant any other mantra too but I think this is the best. You don't have to count days as long as you are busy with your goals. Have a higher purpose in life and these things will not affect you. Hare Krishna 🙏 NOTE: Chant loudly, you will feel energetic.

    Nofap isn't easy it's the hardest practice to follow but if you are practising nofap and you relapsed you will feel more guilt and depression and you will be stuck in this loop. Instead of this, I think you should only focus on your goal in life so that you will not get time to do unnecessary things our ultimate target should be our goal.

    You may be a little right but to avoid relapse guilt you can decide to do it occasionally like once a month. This way you will not feel guilty and not have regret later. Trust me i have practiced the same

    @@_mayank.khatri how can we decide to do it occasionally..😂 now one month is over let's do fap ,this will not work ,whenever you decide to do no fap you should be aware of your emotion because when craving occurs it has high intensity you have to give another direction to your emotion immediately otherwise your mind will say let's do it this time only and then so on.

    @@swapnil2444 I fully agree that whenever cravings occur, they have high intensity, So you must have a strong reason to quit and channelise that energy. But for those who have an addiction, they can't suddenly boycott it completely. So they have to do it in a gap time and increase that over time

    My experience of nofap : 1. Urge bahut hota hai aur use overcome krne k baad bahut light aur energetic feel hota hai 2. Kaam krne me zyada maza ane lgta hai, chhoti chhoti cheeze achi lgne lgti hain. 3. Compliments milne lg gye the bahut. Mera look bhi better ho gya 4. Shuru shuru me anger aur intense feeling hoti hai 5. Meditation aur workout badhiya se hota hai.

    I was struggling with no fap, 7+ days a week. Severe depression and procasticantion. Now i hv reduced it to 4 to 3 to 2 now once a week. N i must say i started feeling good about myself . Go out , read, eat travel once a month to a place even it is a temple whatever makes you want to do. Dont wait for friends to come , they maybe stuck on something , you want to go just go. My journey started last year. I encourage you guys to enjoy life , there are lot better things than fapping. May you have a happy life. Enjoy.

Ans: 10 days vipashana meditation (no mobile no talking with family member) only meditation ( search vipashana meditation) After 10 days daily morning 30 minute meditation and 30 minute bk Shivani positive video. I cleared all sexual thought using eft technique and hoponopono prayer, before sleep red Tara and green Tara mantra. Positive affirmations are must. It wasn't easy but I have done it, trust me you will be the best version of yourself with a charming personality ✨😇❤️

    Have known this journey and it's ups and downs over 2 decades. Just a normal individual. 3 things help in a great way 1. Dhyaan (with or without mantra)/Meditation 2. Understanding & Replacing Triggers with optional habits. I used solving chess puzzles to surf the urge. 3. Eliminating trigger timings. Eg. Putting a mobile phone away and on aeroplane mode. Or keeping it with someone else when off to sleep. Adding to it reading Bhagvad Gita and Chanakya neeti 1 shlok each (or any simple "don't need to think much" book in 'matribhasha'. It's the language your subconscious thinks in).

    All this is just myth. For a good brain you need to read, have knowledge, good experience in whatever you do and having alertness. For a good body you have to work out, do exercise, dieting is the key. And regarding masturbating anything excessive have a side effect thats it. Its nothing that if yoh do no fap yoi gonna become a super man and the best its all bull shit. Masterbate every day and you get a 1 lakh rupee lottery and you will become happy. Don't masterbate 365 days and you get some bad news and you will end up in depression. Thats all common emotions. Pain is meant to be felt, happiness is meant to be felt. Im that sense old people dont masterbate in that case they should be the most active people. Regarding brains the brains need exercise as well and thats by reading, remembering, learning.. For example remember someone phone number, do some maths calculations, memorise a song or a religious passage prayer etc thats like a exercise to your brains. Nofap will give you nothing. Yeah but don't even do it excessive. Last i would say do regular exercise, eat limited, fast a week at least, stay involved in spiritual life, do some running, play sports if possible, even do some brain exercise the way i mentioned. Thats all the key factor for the body.
