Koki Niwa is such a awesome player. His opponents never know what to expect and at the same time he often looks as if he don´t care. But of course he does like any other player who´s on fire to win a match.
One of the most entertaining players of all time ^^

Niwa is why we love table tennis. It's not just different techniques, personality is a huge part of the game, in his case a laconic style that makes amazing things happen.
Niva is a real kind wizard, but usually wizards don't win great tournaments.

.my Great salute to koki nawa for (1) placing (2) chop shot (3) block . He is world class a grade T T player can return any ball from any angle.His speciality is ,he is placing ball very perfectly ,using his common sense while playing . sometimes he use place the ball so smartly / gently that you would like to laugh/ smile .I accept this player as a my GREAT GURU. NO SUCH SKILLPLAYER IS BORN IN THE WORLD OF TABLE TENNIS .I AM RETD PROFESSOR FROM M P SHAH MEDICAL COLLEGE , JAMNAGAR & FROM AMRELLI CITY IN GUJRAT ( INDIA),SR CITIZEN ,5TIME T T CHAMPION IN SINGLES & DOUBLES IN KHEL _ MAHAKUMBH TOURNAMENT BY GOVT OF GUJRAT ,( INDIA ). I AM FAN OF KOKI.
The first two blocks in last clip in reality was so difficult & the final touch just harvesting, still not easy tho.
The secret is the explosive power of his shots. But, it needs a hell lot of stamina and attitude to cope with the current format of the game. The current format is of the long marathon players and not of magicians

He is very entertaining. I rather watch a random game from him where he may even lose instead of watching game from fan zhendong against ma long. topspin battles became boring to me i rather like a chop block here and there or creative serve returns or whatever.

@@Xzel0sX I have. Every game. But you cant compare them. Sure he also uses a backhand chop block here and there but nethertheless is he still a "full speed topspin monster" and is not very creative in his game.

方博被反复鞭尸。反复完了以后再被扒出来继续天天反复……殊不知，其实方博赢了那场比赛。 over the last few years, the rally between Niwa Kōki and Fāng Bó has been played hundred of thousands of times. For those of you who don't know, Fāng Bó actually WON the match. But it's most likely that you guys haven't proved highly embarrassing enough to Fāng Bó.
fun to watch. just don't really help him win games :(
