Not only are your tips useful, I love that so many of them involve using items most people already have, instead of buying ridiculous amounts of junk single-use things. Also on how to usefully repurpose things, and use food up in the most efficient ways. Very green, and we need this!

I make my icecream with full cream, 1/4 ltr, mixed nearly stiff , separate 6 egg whites mixed with 6 bags (8grams each) of vanilla sugar mix it stiff, then gently stir cream and the stiff eggfluff together. To make different tastes: chocolate: with a tablespoon cacao, mixed with a spoonfull of milk, or for mocca: use instant coffee, dissolved in a spoonfull of milk, or strawberry jam. Or a mixed banana. Even some Rum with raisins is nice.. Chocolate sprinkles for strachiattela ice cream. Very nice tips again! Thanks!

A forth tried and true way to open a jar: Turn upside down and gently but firmly bang it three times on a strong counter top. This pops the air bubble inside. The lid will come off with a firm easy twist.

your hacks are brilliant

When it comes to strawberries and other berries spoiling fast, it's not just the condensed water but also exposure to oxygen in the air that does it. In America, plastic grocery store berry containers have air vent notches.Therefore, I transfer my berries into an air-tight plastic container before putting them in the fridge. What also helps is putting a new, dry cover on the box after use every time you see condensation on it.

Always learn something from your channel.

You can make baked chips in your oven on a parchment paper lined baking sheet in the oven. If your oven has a convection setting it will help.

Amazing...what temp do you put the skins on in air fryer for chips?

Place on an oven tray with grease paper lining and cook in a preheated oven at 190 C (375 f) for 15 to 20 mins. Separate on paper and check after 10 for burning and turning. Some recipes call for a slightly higher temp, it'll depend on thickness of skins and your oven 💜
