Cinan is still young its normal, but eventually he needs to face reality and be honest about songs. William is a good mix of Deban and Cinan actually now that i think about it, William walks the line very well

I'm from Istael myself and I really agree with his reaction. Tons of us, Israelis, really not so onto Noa, she's and her very basic pop songs are veeeery overrated. I am very disappointed this year with our choice of the singer and the song. Nope. 👎🏽

I felt like she was trying to hard. You go from strong orchestra to soft whisper singing to belting to vogueing to Hebrew phrases to dance break to chanting. It's like making an omelette with every ingredient at the supermarket but using only one egg. It will do well in the finals but it's not a winner.

I want to see if it comes together better as a live performance than it does in video. Very much feels like too many ideas and nobody pulled a Coco Chanel. ETA: posted this while watching then Deban mentions Coco 😂

@@kylie1jfdh I'd say Austria, UK, Norway, Finland (2nd half), Sweden sits somewhere in between. I'd say it will stand out not because of the ballads, but of its own uniqueness and the fact that about 30 songs are below average this year.

Well. I am pretty much relaxed after I heard his predictable criticism. Because when Devan like a song it's a flop. Like you said he didn't recognize toy was winning entry. I do question his taste level sometimes.....

I think this might have a fuego effect but I don’t see it winning. When I first listened to it I thought it was a let down as I was expecting much more from Noa but now it’s on my spotify and listen to it every day. Think it’s a solid top10 for sure.

A lot of people complaining about the lyrics of the song because they don't understand how sophisticated they are. The song can be interpreted as a women's struggle, but it also talks about the State of Israel - In business, a unicorn is a privately held startup company valued at over 1 billion$. Israel is a startup nation and this is the power of the unicorn, a country that has only exist for 75 years, surrounded by enemies, one of the most hated and criticized countries, anti-Semitism is rising all over the world, but Israel is looking forward for success and peace despite all the odds, just like a fairy tale (unicorn?) It is literally a miracle that this country exists and succeeding. It's an empowering message for everyone to succeed even though they have more haters than supporters. There are so many hidden hints in the lyrics, in the video clip and also in the melody, that we can make a whole video trying to explain them.

I’m a medical student, and what you described is exactly what’s wrong with medicine today- everyone gets hyped up without enough regard for the consequences (specifically the mental ones) whenever something new and groundbreaking pops up. I had a gastrectomy a few years ago. I was 18 and very focused on having the surgery. It’s been almost 10 years now and just recently I read this article about the fact that the gastrointestinal system has a VERY substantial amount of serotonin within it (we don’t know the exact pathophysiological mental health consequences and chemical imbalance of these kinds of surgeries. Let’s just say I am currently diagnosed with drug-resistant major depression (at least I have some kind of resilience in me🤪) Other than that my weight has been fluctuating significantly and I’m currently “chunkier” than ever. I’m also very familiar with the feeling of medications “betraying” you by throwing something else about your health and body off balance. It's still far better than most of this year's entries (also, Armenia's song was such a disappointment in my opinion, she literally repeated a lyric 10 times in the song, lol). This is not generic by any means and, most of all, it's a song MADE for the staging. She will 100% elevate this live. Even that kpop inspired dancebreak will attract lots of international non-European voters! She's impeccable live and she'll deliver!!
