So gorgeous! I just made this and I'm stoked with how pretty it turned out! Thank you! For anyone wondering how long this would take to make, this was my third macrame thing I've ever made, and it took me probably 1 hour to cut all the cords, learn the knots and do the first strands, then 30 mins per strand after that and 15 mins for the ring. So super roughly about 3 hours total for a newbie.

I absolutely love how this turned out. I am not a fan tassels. This is a perfectly beautiful minimalist plant hanger I now need to make for my home. Thank you for sharing your tutorial. I wish you and family a very Merry Christmas & a wonderful New Year. 🎄💚

I added extra length and knotted the remaining cord using the same knot pattern. It hangs down and blends right in with the rest of the hanger and doesn't leave a bald spot.

How long are the finished “straps?” I make my knots tighter and if you can give me the length, I can make the appropriate number of square knots for my tighter weave. Thanks. (I really love this weave.)

I need to know as well, I need to make 2 hangers to fit a particular space. I know I need to make adjustments to the recipe here, but it would be good to know a ballpark of how much less cord I could get away with, based off hearing the size of this one.
