I love this! As someone with adhd I always see these videos on my feed but they change triggers every 5 seconds and I find it more overwhelming than anything. The thirty second intervals are perfect for me!

i love how the triggers change as soon as my mind wanders! it’s so satisfying and relaxing, it brings me right back to the video 🙏🏼🥹💜

I NEED more of that salt rock at the very beginning! The soft taps and scratches just hit different. Do you have any more videos with longer clips of it? Also, the dedication you have to making these videos is astounding 💞💞

I love this so much!! Just de random tapping and scratching! Also a good way to see what objects you like the most! For some reason the blue lego platform sounded as rain for me 😂

My favorite from this video is the two small glass snowglobes (?) you used around 7:20 Edit: I like water sounds. Not squishy/wet sounds. Water sounds (bubbles, rain, waves like an ocean or lake, and river/stream/creek sounds).

i LOVE THIS, but sometimes with adhd we prefer longer lasting triggers! i personally enjoy scratching on like wood or cork for 5-10 mins at a time and then switching! It might be just me ,and my form of ADHD might be weird😂😂
