I think sometimes it depends on the person. Some people with adhd just don’t like sounds/some sounds bother them. I know mouth and eating asmr really bother me lol. Just takes trial and error :)

Carmen, I just recently started watching your channel. I have a horrible time sleeping, between PTSD, an unusual form of Lymphoma, * an EXTREMELY rare Connective Tissue Disorder. I'm always in pain & comes with a lot of sleep disturbances I have tried several medications. However in the few days that I have listened to your ASMR videos at night, I have slept like a baby!! These are always so good!!! Some days my brain's too far into sensory overload to be able to watch with all the lights and effects but even then it's still great to have in the background and stuff. And that giant ice cube thingy near the start was so good too

I swear I get the most tingles from your videos of almost any ASMRtist I follow, and I usually have pretty high tingle immunity as well as getting turned off of most artists because of overuse of tap, nails on nails, or mouth sounds. I actually don't mind skipping through the parts that don't work for me and getting to the ones that do for your content because it's SO good it's worth the occasional second or so of the negative ones to get to the good ones.

this is really great! usually i don’t like these long trigger videos, but this one is amazing. i’m not diagnosed with adhd but i have a very very short attention span so this was great for me

Best tingles ive had in months

I have both adhd and autism and a lot of the time these things can be super overwhelming. This on the other hand? Perfect. The triggers were soft enough, they lasted long enough before changing, and the visuals helped keep me interested without being so much to look at. I know you put that disclaimer at the beginning and i was a bit worried when i saw it, but i do not regret a THING when watching this! Nothing was overwhelming, and it wasnt underwhelming either. It was all perfect, and you mastered the balance between visual and sounds in this video. Wonderful job!

Here i was very normal, doing a mental recap of all my tasks before going to bed, expecting nothing from your video, and 1:53 took me by surprise! My neck was tingling, and I couldn't avoid focusing on you! My head went blank and out of my constant struggle to control everything(that's a big achievement for me!) So thank you so so much ❤

i listen to this mostly to study but everytime i look at the video for too long i get hypnotized! cannot stop looking at it unblinking for a few minutes w no thoughts, really nice hahaha i think these adhd asmr u do r great, u really get it!

There are so many awesome parts to this video but I especially loved the tracing/drawing/writing sounds. If you ever felt like doing a tracing/drawing or writing compilation video… that would be my dream come true.
