No sugar No butter Braided Bread Buns Recipe
Ingredients for Braided Bread Buns:
250 g / 2 cups all-purpose flour + extra for dusting
118 ml / 0.5 cup warm water
3 g / 0.5 tsp salt
50 g / 3 tbsp honey
3 g / 1 tsp dry yeast
15 g / 1 tbsp vegetable oil
almond flakes
1 egg for brushing
Bake at 180 C / 360 F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
