U had to grow them in soil in the end... so technically... its not without soil.

^ days of your filming, but not 6 days of garlic age to growing and + no reply at all, do every body belief this v d o , at less 45 days, don't west money if you don't know at all .

What a waste of time showing nothing. Cutting full grown heads and letting sprout means nothing

Next is like any other plant, water, fertilise and wait like 8 months, when the bottom part of the plant dies off that’s when to harvest.
