I usually listen to you with my phone in my pocket so I’ve only seen your face 2-3 times and it still kinda weird. You’ve also been a formless entity to me haha. If you're being your genuine self then what makes you magnetic to one may not make you magnetic to another, but that's the best part because you find people that actually like you and are attracted to your essence, not a false self. This is why even when you have celebrities, some people find them so attractive and others are like "Oh this person is just not my type." It reminds me of my one friend, her and I had very opposite types for what we found physically attractive and I've known her for most of my life. So in school she'd have a crush on this boy and then she'd tell me and I would always be like "Um have you lost your mind? I think he may be gay...he looks very feminine. What is this??" and she would say "Nooo he's so cute I love him"😂 then when I found a guy attractive I just stopped telling her coz she'd say "Diya are you mad, he looks like the Hulk why would you be into that?" or "Oh he's so old it's illegal" but he was perhaps just 20 coz I was in school, he wasn't That old. Then as we grew up she still liked guys that were younger than her and very feminine looking, that was just what she was into 🤷‍♀

Kyle Cease also said you can release negative beliefs by first becoming conscious of them. Then you have to heal the belief internally by making peace with it. So for example if you have a fear of being alone and especially once this belief gets triggered causing an intense emotional reaction, you simply breathe into that feeling and allow it to be there instead of fighting it or trying to distract yourself from it or trying to find a logical solution that will help you feel less alone and taking action from this triggered state. So you in essence sit with the feeling and say 'You're allowed to feel alone, it's OK, you're safe' and keep practicing this until the thought of being alone doesn't scare you anymore. It's easier said than done when you have an actual fear that you've perhaps created your entire life just to avoid feeling this fear, but it's very possible to heal from it.
