[No Oven, No Yeast, Pizza Pocket!!] Easy to make, but incredibly delicious

I can eat up to 2 slices of delivery pizza
I don't even eat the bread at the end because I don't want to eat it.
But this pizza is so light and delicious that I can eat the whole pizza by myself ^^
As there is no burden or feeling of bread, I keep eating it.
Homemade pizza is the truth.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).
[24cm 1 Pizza]
✤ Dough
- 230g Bread flour (or all purpose flour)
- 160ml Milk
- 3g (1tsp) sugar
- 3g (1tsp) salt
- 21g (3Tbsp) Olive oil (can be substituted with vegetable oil)
✤ Filling
- Chopped Onion
- Sweet Corn
- 140g Mozzarella cheese
- 64g (4-5Tbsp) Tomato sauce
✤ TIP
- If the dough is to be aged for a long time, keep it refrigerated.
- When roasting, you need to sprinkle with enough cooking oil to make the roast color more beautiful and more delicious.
- The strength of the stove varies from household to household, so bake while checking whether it burns.
- You can add ingredients you like by applying your favorite ingredients.

i made this last night and it was amazing i’m just about to make it again hence i’m here lol. i usually encounter issues/inconsistencies when following recipes but there was absolutely none of that with this! i went plain and simple with just some pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese and it tasted just like store bought pizza, if not better - seriously!

I tried this out but sadly didn't have enough flour to stretch out the remaining dough. My first attempt was a pretty sad pizza 😅 I tried again with the remaining dough when I had flour today. It was great! Thank you, I started wanting to try out making pizza for my family now!

Very yummy!!! I made this the other day but ir was a bit wet when I added the oil, so I suggest putting the oil in a tbsp at a time.
집에 어정쩡하게 남은 강력분이 있어서 시도해봤는데 너무 맛있었어요 위에 발사믹 글레이즈에 어린잎 좀 뿌려서 플레이팅하니까 비주얼도그럴듯 했구요 참고로 전 우유가 없어서 그릭요거트만들고 남은 유청을 우유대신 썼는데 훌륭했어요

I've no baking oven and I love your all recipes in which you don't use baking oven. Please always use ordinary things in your recipes. And also bake the cake without oven.

@@Meg_88} Quedó bonita, con un sabor fuerte en caliente, que mejoró mucho al día siguiente, ahí es donde se disfrutó. pero no tanto como una empanada gallega, ni tanto como una pizza casera normal sé que la receta no está mal, y se puede mejorar, pero mi conclusión es :Elegir entre pizza o empanada, definirse,... Lo que sí me sorprendió fué el cambio de sabor tras el reposo de la noche, mejoró bastante, y no quedó nada. Un saludo, Megami.
