📋 INGREDIENTS:
Milk 390 g
Sugar 25 g
Agar 5 g
Tangerines 3 pcs
Kiwi 1 pc
Strawberries 8 pcs
Dark chocolate 180 g
Milk 650 g
Sugar 75 g
Agar 7 g
Cocoa 20 g
🧑‍🍳Cooking steps:
Put milk, sugar, agar agar in a saucepan, stir without lumps. Boil until boiling.
While the milk is cooling, peel and cut fruit: tangerines whole, kiwi into 8 slices, strawberries into 4 slices.
Pour a little milk mixture on the bottom and let it freeze. On it lay out the fruit, letting each layer harden. When the whole mold is filled, put it in the cold until set.
Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate pudding. Chop the chocolate with a knife.
Put the milk, sugar and agar in a saucepan, stir without lumps. Add the chopped chocolate. Add cocoa and cook after boiling for about 1 minute.
Pour 0.5 cm of the chocolate mixture into the bottom of a large mold. When set, place the milk core in the center and pour in the rest of the chocolate pudding. Place in the cold until set.
Remove frozen pudding from mold and slice.
Serving: oblong plate, white large plate, fork
