I average ~10 (got a sub 10 ao100 recently) and I can plan 1-2 pairs consistently 3 at max but I’ve only done that a few times

I average low 10 and can plan first pair most of the time but on easy scrambles I can plan up to 3, and the most I’ve ever planned was full f2l a couple of times.

I swear that a 9 year old will soon be able to say he was the first to get an official sub 3 3x3 solve.

I average 7-8 seconds and I can plan cross and first pair and sometimes second pair as well.

At this point, his F2L is basically faster than his last layer algs… imagine when he gets larger hands 😅.

I don't think he saw the PLL skip in inspection so it technically was more like a 1-look cfo solve. Still mind-blowingly impressive and it's probably only a matter of time until he also predicts the PLL (maybe next comp). With my poor spatial reasoning I'm happy when I can plan cross +1.

1. You certainly do not have poor spatial reasoning. Planning c+1 is something likely 80%+ of people probably couldn’t do. Yiheng is just exceptional 2. Planning pll may be possible but saying “he will do it next comp” is just silly

I avg 25sec, I can get white or yellow cross in inspection

5:23 I average around 8.5 seconds, but still only plan my first pair about half the time, and even the slightest possibility that Jayden McNeill knows...that he sees...that he judges...it has haunted my dreams. My life is consumed by fear that my prediction isn't good enough, and the Jayden will make me pay for it.

OK here's 1 thing that you didn't mention in the video. Yiheng's solve in that video is actually a second attempt for the scramble. In his first attempt, he did an impressive prediction till oll during inspection, but not including the pll skip. So even though the whole thing is incredible, it's technically not a cfop 1-look solve😅. Good video anyways. (just referencing the top comment in Chinese KZread about this clip)

I dont think that he knew he was going to get a PLL skip though, its still really impressive that he inspected all the way to PLL

All of it is in the description, most of it is royalty free music that I found used in videos from other KZreadrs I watch

im pretty sure he's done it before because i dont think its possible that he predicted the PLL skip as well as you can see in the vid

I have an idea for cfop solvers (no rotation solves) instead of rotating to do f2l cases, you could do Dw moves to mimic a cube rotation, it could be faster or slower idk

I think this is faster when you’re doing u moves before the rotation, otherwise you should just rotate normally

Did he actually one look the whole solve? Like couldn't it be a thing that he already saw the scramble earlier and just memorised the solution? (oh yeah I rewatched the video, I see, well yeah crazy how well he can predict cases)
