100% correct. In my opinion, her staring him down in court is a sign of her being the abuser. I couldn't look at my abuser in court, yet he glared at me the entire time I was testifying. He wanted me to slip up and glance toward him. He wanted to scare me...to intimidate me one more time. She took everything that she did to him, and she flipped the script. Exactly what a real abuser does.

She's repulsive. The way she holds her head high and the facial expressions, it doesn't come across as someone who has suffered, but someone who is self righteous and controlling.

Unfortunately the case is not about wether she’s an abuser or not. That’s not what they have to decide on. It’s about wether the op-ed piece was defamatory and wether she can be held accountable for that. There’s a very reasonable chance that the jury will not rule in Johnny’s favour, regardless of how unfair that might seem for many.

Agreed. She stated on Thursday that she apparently has panic attacks all the time, especially when she's being called a liar etc, yet she looked sadder during her own team's closing arguments in favor of her than during JD's team's closing arguments where they accused her of lying. Elaine looked closer to a panic attack than Amber did. And during this entire trial I haven't seen any single sign that she was having anxiety (beyond trial nerves) or being close to a panic attack. And I'm not saying that she should have had a panic attack to be believed, but she shouldn't have claimed the panic attacks if she shows zero signs of it during six weeks of trial. That's too much of a stretch. If anything, the trial should be more confronting than her daily life I'd reckon.

They may be a bit stuck though. Everyone needs to remember that the trial isn't whether she was abusive, its about whether that one op ed article legally counts as defamation. They've won the overall goal of getting to make everything public, but there is every chance the jury will mark her innocent on the article legally being proven as defamation

It breaks my heart to see how painful this is for Johnny Depp, to have to relive this publicly over and over, all the while Amber Heard seems totally unmoved.

Coming back a year later to watch this incredible take down. And it was a fair and simple take down. Camille only had to use the facts, the proof, and Amber’s words to take her down. No wonky misconstrued theories, or trying to make the jury doing mental gymnastics to get them to side with her client. I’d never seen anything like Amber’s testimony! “The conversation you heard on the recording wasn’t at all what it seems. I wasn’t having that conversation with Johnny, I was talking about something else!” I don’t remember verbatim what she said, but it was baffling how they tried to warp the evidence to make her look innocent.

There is NO proper way for a victim to behave and I’m so tired of seeing this rhetoric being spread around so rampantly. Not to mention the double standards, Johnny was making jokes throughout his testimonies. Also it’s been many years since these abusive incidents occurred, that’s a long time to heal and not be so emotionally triggered when recalling the events. Think harder.

We're sitting across the table from each other talking and I took his picture. I never even showed it to him. He looked drunk as all get out and wasn't. I couldn't believe it translated that bad

That’s a silly comment really because this trial has been like shooting fish in a barrel for JD legal team. Any half decent lawyer would do exactly what his lawyers have done and have had a great deal of material to do it with. I haven’t seen anything especially brilliant about his lawyers and I’ve seen quite a few mistakes actually.
