Here is another great performance from our afternoon with Elle King during the photo shoot for TEEN VOGUE Magazine! Here she joins the PS22 Chorus on her song that we covered in January that brought the kids to her attention to begin with, "No One Can Save You!" Soloist Jenesis and Elle each take a verse, and watching them sing side by side inspiring each other is a joy to behold! Another definite highlight is the sharing of hidden talents after the song's finish!

The young soloist was amazing! And I love how Elle is overwhelmed by the awesome of these kids. One of my favorites.
To say this is heartwarming and emotionally touching doesn't even come close.... Elle should have been a music teacher. Imagine how many kids she would inspire to become great musicians like her! But she is great as she is. And I loved that girl who shared in the solo part with Elle. She has an incredible voice already at 10. No words....

At the Bourbon & Beyond 2022 concert, Elle said that when she was a child she told her music teacher that she wanted to be a singer when she grew up. The teacher laughed at her. Thank goodness Elle pursued her dream. May all these kids’ dreams come true, too.

Why am I so happy that she can touch her fingers to her wrist? XD I can do it as well, and it means you have loose ligaments. Sadly I learned that from the doctor when he used the fingers to arm test to determine that I can't play softball anymore... But hey atleast I'm not the only one! C:
