To be honest, there’s not a lot of good chess being played at this tournament. The games seem lopsided and resigns come very quickly. I think these guys are here mostly to just enjoy themselves with the audience.

@@lazzy5173 cause its bullet and its not a competitive tournament honestly. also the positions mainly favor one player to the other so they seem to just give up quickly

Not every tournament in the world has to be a "life or death" endeavor! As Sagar says, this is an interesting way to connect the greats of yesteryear with the elite of the present. Yes, this competition is a fun approach to chess and a nice departure from the intense candidates in Canada (which was a great top level competition). So if these guys are here to enjoy themselves as you mention, then more power to them!
