He has grown on me due to his humility and curtesy. Plus he is talented
Gukesh used the Mikhail Tal strategy(take your opponent to a deep dark forest where 2+2=5)

I didnt see such play. It was more like Vincent had an exciting rook idea which he didn't calculate accurately enough, and got into a mess.

Exciting game, and your comments were 'sparkling', as usual😊

I love your videos Sagar in which you do commentary but Sagar I have a question that in 4:25 why can't we play d5 before a6 Thank you if you reply in advance

I think because the knight can go back and reroute to A6 but because now A6 square is gone it has to go on E7 blocking the rook and ....

Misleading title. There was no queen sacrifice in the way that we think about it. If you are mating your opponent on the next move, that can't be considered a queen sacrifice.
0:46 but you have already spoiled it in title

the magic of video 🤯
please someone please explain why keymer resigned and also explaine how he was going to lose with different possibilities also why he didn't kill the white bishop with queen g6
In the thumbnail it looks as if Sagar's hand is Gukesh's and he's giving a weird no look apology
At 10:04 it is said that king D8 is a mate but can't the queen simply take on f8 if that happens?

What is the expression “castles it out”? You keep saying it.
@JH09SUMIT

Castle is technically not a move.. its just something you do sooner or later to protect your king. Hence the expression. Like "just castles"
Why would you take queen e5 when pawn takes queen
Gugesh is a monster
What wrong with g7 at 7:40 😅 i think thats just win
Nice!
Why do they go in and out frequently between the match

İ don't even have 2300 i would give up my q as well it's concrete position, it's not at all Q sac.
Keymer will now probably be terrified of Indians

@mohammednausheed4989

If he checks with queen, the opponent will bring out his knight to defend the king and the bishop at the same time
This is ridiculous. Vincent studies all the possible openings, yet he’s getting demolished in a miniature game. There is something wrong with him.
YO MIKHAIL TAL IS AN ARBITUR NOW!!!!!10:11
or just take the bishop by the Queen

@@jadephoenix222 hmm.. might be , it sure doesn't look like it though ... i just saw his room tour and he has a dell computer thats at least over 10 years old . Maybe he prefers a simplistic lifestyle cause any kid with 8 crores at 17 would not be living in a simplistic way judging by his room tour. Unless its his parents who get to keep all the money then yeah ..
he blunders first bruh he could had checkmate king with queen and it was free bishop
Yes, this was great game, but 2 losses in middle of the tournament ruined his tournament result .

how many did he lose in total ? there are 9 rounds in total so if he lost 2 i think thats a good result ...
@stagna1959

he has 2 wins, 2 losses and 4 draws so far, 7th place on tournament . Performance rating 2706, so if he will not beat Parham today with black pieces, he is losing rating points . But more importantly, he cant afford to lose games to players weaker than himself in Candidates.( like Abasov ) , if he wants to play W CH match this year. Of course it is long shot. Candidates is very strong tournament, to win it needs lot of experience and 17 y.o. never won it . Perhaps his time will come after 2 or 4 years.

May be you guys don’t watch other sports/games highlights.. 1. they make sure the title is ambiguous enough so that no one can make out who won/lost, so I don’t have an issue with “Queen Sac” but the checkmate part. 2. People actually put a spoiler block comment at the top of user comments so that the experience for others is not spoiled. Not everyone has time to watch live games especially in classical format, so we look for highlights without finding out the results of the game.. I know that some people don’t care about other people’s experiences and they can easily say that “No one is stopping you from leaving”, but I do not expect them to care about the content creators. These are the same people who say “I have just one vote and it doesn’t matter”.. Well, I have already unsubscribed for now, but I found such messages in my notifications, so had to reply. Have stopped further notifications from this thread too.

@@FromRajToKartavya i sure do watch other sports and i know for sure that one person interested enough to check the highlights already was following the game off the boards and knows the result as well but just want to see the process of how a particular individual or team won … thats why highlights are made … you not knowing the result if gukesh won or not is itself showing your interest towards chess …
My favourite Indian player Gukesh❤❤ Very strong attacker
